How comes that you haven't found a flat in Bonn yet? Is it so difficult?

 

When I was looking for a flat in the Netherlands last month (because one of my best friends is going to study there) it was nearly impossible to find one. Mercifully we got a house at the end, but I guess the chance to get a flat in Germany is a lot better... and cheaper! :D So I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!

To be honest... I still don't know what it is... Sometimes I got a terrible pain in my stomach... like last night! Well weather here was good since Saturday... very stormy but sunny... typical North German weather I'd say! :D

 

What a pity you haven't found a flat yet. Do you have some friends who are also going to study in Bonn? So that you can share a flat together with them?

well yesterday it's been raining a lot at first...wha I didn't even want to get out of my bed...hehe...;)

 

no unfortunately none of my friends goes to Bonn....my best friend goes to Cologne but she has no money to pay a flat because she'll attend a private school...tomorrow and on thursday I have a "Besichtigungstermin" for two rooms in "Wgs"....well one of them is not really a Wg...you only share the bathroom...the other one is a Wg with 8 people!....I'm excited...

I'm doing well, thanks. I start my second year on Sunday, I'm actually looking forward to it, hehe, holidays have been pretty boring lately.

 

So, I take it you've found an apartment in Bonn? You looking forward to your new life? :)

oh I know this feeling when the holidays are so freaking boring and you are even looking forward uni hehe.....

and I'm really looking forward to it, although I'm also sad to leave home because I'll definitely miss my family and friends....but well Bonn is not THAT far away (only an hour) so it's ok....and one good thing is that I even got to know some people who will also study history on the net....I'm a member in german facebook and those things are really good to find people before uni starts......so I'm not really worried about my new life except in the financial case....:rolleyes:

Ah, well thats great that you found you're own place :cool: you sharing it with someone or? Ah thats great news! Hehe, and don't worry about the financial side, you have the excuse of being a uni student now :smoking:

well I do not really share it...only the bathroom...but that's ok.-...I'll share it with two other girls...but I have my own kitchen in my room....and it's cheap..(if you consider other flats in Bonn)...and nice...:D

 

haha you are right actually....but one problem is that I don't know when I'll get this money from my country which will help me...it might take long and this would suck...:uhoh:

My THREEEEAAAADDDD....wha now I've realised that I actually missed this thread...

 

right now I am at home (my home with my family...I have two homes you know..heeh)...

 

life is going pretty well.....I think it never went as well as it currently does...I met people who are more like me and who are just great....I have fun at uni...ahhhhh I really like it-----Bonn is such a great place to live...it's sooooo petty...I really feel home there...:D
