fix you is so beautiful :smug: I don't stop listening to it

its rubbish - the worst piece of material they've ever commited to a record - its such a cliched, dull, unimaganitive drone until the Unforgettable Fire part (and I mean that in a good way) kicks in, only its hard to get to that part without hitting 'skip' on the remote.

Really, I'm not sure about what's my favourite song of x&y album. All of their songs have something special. Anyway, I think that Fix you lyrics are just awesome. It is so lovely. :blush: Moreover, this song has two parts: in the beginning is slowly and then, grows up and becomes so huge.. it's perfect! :D

Fix You is a great song. The lyrics are awesome, the video is also very good. But it's not my favourite Coldplay song :) I like it a lot, but my fav is The Scientist :)

I agree with Ti, "The Scientist" is, hands down, the best song done by them thus far! I also think its going to be hard for them to attempt to top this song. However, "Square One" and "Fix You" did come pretty close. "Fix You" is awesome live! What "X & Y" is missing is the emotional ballad like "Trouble" and "The Scientist". Buts its stilll a hella good album.

yeah i love it heaps and heaps, but it is not my favourite, i dont really have a fav, something along the lines of dont panic, shiver, spies, trouble, yellow, high speed, AROBTTH, amsterdam, clocks, politik, swallowed in the sea, X&Y, SOS, a message, low....see i dont really know, there are so many missing of here, lets just say every coldplay song :D
