Omg, yesterday I was in the Weserstadion to see Werder Bremen vs. Panathinaikos Athen and the game was so incredible! We won 5:1 and Barcelona won 2:0 in Udine, so Werder is in the next round! I'm so happy about it! It was so amazing when they showed the first goal of Barcelona at the screen. :)

Do you know Mohammed Zidan from Egypt? He is playing for Werder Bremen and came from Danemark. He is so incredible. Now Zidan is lend out to Mainz 05 to play more Bundesliga games, because Werder has still 4 good forwards. But I think next season he'll be come back. :)

In Germany this game and all other Wednesday games were only shown in Pay-TV, because Sat.1 (Free-TV) showed Milan-Schalke the day before. (They only broadcasted one game of Werder Bremen during this Champions League season! :sneaky:)

Yeah Zidan is really popular in Bremen although he only didn't play in Bremen for a long time. In my opinion he is the new Zidane. :D

 

Now I hope they will not play against Lyon. Last season Werder lost there 2:7. :/ I would like to play against Liverpool or Arsenal, because they have so good teams and the atmosphere in English stadiums is so fantastic. :)
