well, today its been slow...

but there r days that people start coming in and we dont have rooms ready yeat...

some days can be really stressfull!!!

thank god i didnt get it too... otherwise it would make dealing with people awful!!

yea that's true,i get days where i dont want to talk to anyone,and it makes dealing with customers harder

yeah... well, at least here there r other people, so i only have to be slightly nice to them on the phone... but in days like today, ive got to be the nice one... otherwise... poor guests!!!
