did anyone try to get the tickets through the AMEX presale? just curious as to what was sold.....

it was mostly floor seats in the wee back sections.. or the seats in the 100s all the way furthest from the stage.. there were SOME people who got 100 tier seats near the stage. but i didnt find them :(

i meant.. i tried.. but i guess i tried so hard i got tired.. uhm yeah thats it.. damn typos.. :lol:

i bought three sets of two tix for continetal and all of the seats were in the 100's but not too close to the stage...my goal is to buy as many tix as possible and sell them to my friends (at face value...i'm not out to make a profit) until i find the tix that i want.

i hope u can sell them all.. i was afraid to buy them coz i didnt know if people would buy them.. unlike you, i dont have friends who want to go .. pft.. losers! haha jk! i hope my friends don't read this.. :stunned:

it seems like my entire school wants to go! i am in charge of buying tix for all of my friends b/c they know how much i love the band...quite a stressful job...i hope i dont max out my dads platinum card by March :)

 

i sell them to my friends at face value....always...i'm not any cheap broker or scammer (ebay). the prices on ebay are literally double the face value of the tix...how do these people sleep at night...people are actually buying them and i recognized many of the tickets are ones that i passed on during the MAEX pre-sale...$250 for 2 tix on a second tier is extortion

I agree, then, if us fans do get front row (or any of the first few rows on the main floor for that matter) I can rest knowing that fans got better seats than anyone who was trying to get the best seats off the American Express presale (no offense to anyone who bought em then, the AE cardholders ONLY thing frustrated me for a very long time)
