What guitar is johnny using? the thinline telecaster? and what color is it? it cant be maple, because the maple is a lot lighter

No No, it's a Telecaster. Trust me.

It has np bridge. Thats what makes a tele a tele. The strat bridge makes a different sound, even on the same pickup setup.

Last week I saw a strat neck/standard tele body (Natural wood) guitar in demark street (london), look very odd but kinda cool, I like tele neck far better still.

What kind of sound does this Thinline produce...I've got a Strat but I'm looking for some more blues-sound, without loosing the rawness of a Strat...Is this, concerning sound, some combination of a Strat and a Les Paul? :huh:
