i've heard good things about the new album! i really enjoy the simple fun of 'goodnight goodnight' so i might just pick it up.

You simply must!

I cant get enough of it (:

Edit: Yeah and Justine i love their first album better but im getting drawn into liking "Elevator" more as time goes.

listen to their new single, "middle of nowhere"

"....you didn't have to do it but you did it to say, that you didn't have to do it but you would anyway....."

I've got the new album, and it f*cking rocks!!

'Elevator' is the 'Franz Ferdinand' of 2005 I tell ya

(although HHH have been around a bit longer)

Honestly, it's the best tip I can give you right now...

Yeah the album is almost flawless from start to finish.

They title track is a bit slow but the rest just goes so well together.

"Pickin' it up' /"Middle of Nowhere"/ "Goodnight Goodnight" and heck all the other songs are perfect.

took your advice! I LOVE THIS SONG! currently downloading a few more tracks off the album. i'll probably end up buying it.

You wont regret it.

You wont regret it.

bought the album today, i have a feeling you're right about the not regretting it part.

i remember i couldn't stand hot hot heat during their last album hoopla, but i really like the sound they've gone with on this album. which makes sense as i always seem to like the sound the real old fans don't go for.

Whats there to be sorry about?

People have different tastes

There is nothing wrong with that.

I know a member of this board is BIG fan of Hot Hot Heat but they haven't posted here yet... ;)

I'm loving the Goodnight Goodnight video at the moment.

brilliant new album

brilliant brilliant brilliant

i really like them!!

they're practically new in latinamerica but ppl likes them!!

i think they're new album is horrible with the exception of like 3 songs.

but they're first album was like utterly amazing i thought.

they came here friday but my mom wouldn't let me drive on the freeway hah what shit luck.

^ Are you in Arizona?? I saw them here on Friday. Very fun show. I just started listening to them recently. Loving them!

Gilbert. They mostly played songs from their new album, which was good for me since that's the only album I've got.

you should get their first one. i can't stand their newer one excpet for a few songs. anyway i was just wondering like when the opening band actually started playing? like 8, 8:15, 7:30. do you have a rough idea of when?

Big HHH fan here... love the way their sound has remained constant at the root level yet evolved on others through all their releases, from songs such as 'Fashion Fight Pause' to '5 Times out of a 100' to 'Bandages' to 'Jingle Jangle' & 'Goodnight Goodnight'... this band certainly know how to make ya wanna get up and dance!!!
