Just a quick one, don't touch http://www.getmetickets.net with a barge pole and make sure no-one you know uses them either. They'll take your money and rip you off then they'll abuse you when you complain!

well apparently my dad use that for watchin yesterday...we got ours at last just yesterday. i'll make sure i don use it after this

This group of four girls in the que yesterday also mentioned not to use this site. They told me that they had lots of problems concerning when their tickets would arrive, and that the communication was terrible.

Eventually they told them to go and pick up the tickets, and when they went to collect them, it was from a warehouse full of potatoes....... :stunned:

Those potatoes are probably more trustworthy than 'getmetickets'. Morons!

Dodgy ticket selling sites - places to avoid...

it gets me wound up inside hearing about these stories...fucking theifs

There has to be a way to prosecute these people.

I bought tickets from these people for the Friday night show. Other than being very disorganized and slow when I went to pick up the tickets, everythign turned out great. I saw this thread before I left for London and was very worried.

Having read these two paragraphs, I'd say there's a good chance there'll be a fraud investigation let alone them going insolvent.

The company traded as a ticket reseller, principally via this website, http://www.getmetickets.net. When my staff attended the company's premises a number of tickets were recovered. It appears that the company does not have sufficient tickets to supply all its customers who have ordered and paid for tickets.

The court has therefore ordered that those tickets held by the company should be distributed to customers in the order that customers paid for the tickets. My staff are sending all the tickets recovered from the premises to these customers on the basis and they should receive tickets within the next few days. There are no other tickets available for any other customers.
