Im going to see Coldplay again on the 31st of January and 1st of February.I saw them this past August for the first time an it was amazing!I see that the set list is a little different from then an they mess around with it from time to time.Seems like they change it up eveytime they come back from a break.But i hope that they start playing some b-sides like TIDU and The World Turned Upsidedown and maybe Gravity or something like that.It would be nice to hear an see them played.I mean they are playing How You See The World.I like the song but maybe they will switch it with a different b-side!

I would give anything to hear One I Love played live. I would die happy if they played that. Yeah I agree with the variation of the setlists because chances are the people at the gigs are familiar with all the common songs like Speed Of Sound and Talk etc...

The World Turned Upside Down PLEASE!!!!! Or Things I Don't Understand! Sleeping Sun would be cool in the acoustic set. Proof, however, is a great song but would bore me to death!

Umm they played One i Love all tour in 02 and 03. They also played The World Turned Upside Down (back before they rerecorded and screwed it up) and Gravity. How'd you guy miss that? :huh:

 

Just download some AROBTTH tour bootlegs and reminesce so the rest of us can maybe get some new b-side action! :D

Yes we know they played Gravity and The World Turned Upside Down but they re made the songs so maybe we can hear the new verisons.

Yeah but it would be great to be there is my point. One I Love from Live 2003 DVD is outstanding and I also have a few other versions but nothing can compare to actually being there. And it is Your World Turned Upside Down they played. The World Turned Upside Down is a Fix You B-Side and a completely different song.

Don't get me wrong...I love Proof. And I do love Coldplay's slow songs. It has nothing to do with the fact that it's slow. I just don't see it as much as a live song. I think it would be good and be happy if they did it...but I just think I would zone out a bit. It's just my personal opinion. As for See You Soon...I love that song. One of their best live songs, to be honest. Proof just doesn't strike me as a live song...even the live version of it.

Amazing B-Sides from an incredible band! I definitely would love to hear these songs performed....I would also be extremely happy with any newly written material as well!!

 

The 2nd leg of touring is usually when Coldplay start to test out new material....for example -

 

- 'Idiot', 'Murder', 'In My Place', 'Rush of Blood', 'Amsterdam' and 'Your Guess Is As Good As Mine'(God Put A Smile...) during the 'Parachutes' tour....

 

'Moses', 'Proof', 'Ladder To The Sun', 'World Turned Upside Down', 'Gravity'

and 'Pour Me' during the 'Rush of Blood' tour....

 

 

....and now we have the 2nd leg of the 'Twisted Logic' tour for 'X & Y'. I can't wait to hear more new material!!
