Favourite moment, seeing the lads live at Crystal Palace. Mint :D

Well, my highlight was definitely my journey to London to see Coldplay live for the first time in my life :D And spending 4 days in London with my three best friends made it even better.. I'll never forget this wonderful trip and gig!!

 

And, of course, the luck of seeing the guys again just two weeks later :)

Favorite day was getting to see the boys play ( for the very first time) at Mansfield, MA, on August 8th. We had great seats!

Hmmm, the best bits of this year?

Well...

1. Having had the chance to go to London for a week in summer. One of the best things in my life :cool:

 

2. Those two days for i believed Coldplay would come to Hungary, as rumours were about that. Of course, later, it turned out, the gig here got cancelled. But those two days were heaven :lol:

 

3. Finding this forum and all of you :kiss: (Thank God, I realised I wasn't the only one who was crazy about Coldplay :lol:)

 

4. Realising that there are some really cool Hungarian fans of Coldplay :D

 

5. X&Y :cool:

 

6. All the videos :wideeyed:

1. The release of X&Y, hearing it that night when they released it on the Coldplayer and all the hair on my neck standing on end when I heard X&Y, Low and Twisted Logic for the first time.

 

2. The ulcer I got stressing over trying to get tickets for this tour. Thanks guys :angry: :lol:

 

3. Seeing Mary again. We first met through Coldplay. I met her on the Coldplay message board (when people there actually liked Coldplay :rolleyes: ). We went to 2 shows together and were supposed to see 3 more but the bloody hurricane prevented her from coming down. :cry:

 

4. At the Indy show, Chris singing on my friends cell phone and us licking his sweat off. ewwwww :)

 

5. Being at their show in Dallas knowing that a huge hurricane could possibly destroy everything I own in the world, but somehow being really calm about it and having the time of my life.

 

6. Quiting my job because they refused to give me my vacation time, going on my trip to London. Sitting on the train in Waterloo station and my heart almost jumping out of my chest when Will got on the same train. Talking with him and seeing our beloved Saints. :D .......loose :cry: :cry: :cry:

 

7. Austin City Limits taping, sitting in the balcony and watching waiters with hors d'oeuvre trays down below. STRANGE!

 

8. All the great stuff I've d/led in the multimedia section.

 

9. Getting kick ass seats for 2 shows in Febuary, including being on their guest list for Houston. Mary's coming down and all hurricanes can fuck off!

I get off the train in Southampton and he's walking straight at me. I walked along side him making sure it was really him and when we got to the ticket exit.....

Me: *taps him on shoulder* Hi Will

Will: hello *shakes my hand*

Me: *heart pounding, trying not to faint* I thought you were in Barcalona for your show tomorrow.

Will: No, we had a day off, so I came home for the game

Me: That's nice. I came over from Texas to see them.

Will: from Texas, wow.

Me: Hope we win today. I'm so excited to see Theo play.

Will: I hope so too. Yeah, he's amazing.

 

We are out of the station now and Will has long legs that walk up hills quickly, me short legs that don't :angry:

 

Me: Have a great show tomorrow.

Will: thanks

 

Then he was gone. I looked in a few pubs, but didn't see him. So I had a beer and went to the game. Would have loved to bought him a beer.
