I think if you feel healthy you feel much happy with yourself! :) I usually swim in the summer at a local outdoor pool and in winter I try keep going to the gym and for runs in the countryside, as its so beautiful around Cork for runs. As its still cold I decided to get going to the gym again and found this great offer from Groupon, for those living in Ireland its well worth it.
