Well, f*ck 'em anywayz...

Well, f*ck 'em anywayz...

Whoops! Double post

:o :o :o :o :o !!

"the worst dressed" ?????

They should try to have one percent of his charisma, sex appeal, talent, sensiblity, kindness and then, they could talk !! :sneaky: :sneaky:

control youself... control yourself.. CONTROL YOURSELF!

CUNTS! and i never say that...

I saw that - that is pretty harsh coming from a magazine that said their album was great, their performance at Glastonbury was amazing and did a double spread featured of them at the end of the year. Fuck 'em in deed!

This is just typical of people in the UK - they turn on anyone who is really successful. Then again, look at how the people voted - who the hell thinks Peter Dohety could possibly be the 'best dressed' person... huh? the guy can't even keep flies his done up...

The good news: X&Y is set to become the biggest selling album in the WORLD from 2005. That counts a little more than the view of a pretentious NME mag! :)

i just realised summat- i think the nominations may have come from the readers of nme etc. rather than the actual people that write it - so i guess its the readers that are tosspots (not all of them mind u lol)

I saw just saw this in an Oasis' forum.

I'm not sure how they're basing this on. If you notice the list, Babyshambes' "Down in Albion" got nominated for both worst album and best album. Pete Doherty gets noms for best & worse dressed, best and worse hero/villian.. I don't get it :rolleyes2:

It's very shocking that NME would put Coldplay under worse bands..but oh well. Can't please 'em all.

The entire list:

Looking at the list carefully.. I'm thinking that yes, this was voted by fans. I really doubt NME would leave out U2.. and myspace.com for best site? Definitely voted in by people and not the mag itself.

Either way..I can't help myself.

FU NME!

Ah. Much better. :D Coldplay has their eyes on better awards like the Brits and Grammy's any damn way!

it still makes me    they gave x&y 9 of 10 :D so i don't understand why Coldplay could be the worst band of the year

it's the peoples's opinion! The album rating was the magazine's opinion, but these award-nomination are the people's opinion...

well, that's the price of democracy, dudes!

Okay, it's still a totally dumb decision, but we have to live with that, I guess ;-)

most of the fans are Radiohead and Oasis lovers :/

Exactly. Big Radiohead and Oasis fans usually aren't too hot about Coldplay.

Chris Martin is the best dressed and Coldplay are the best' date='it's so obvious ;)[/quote']

Nope - it's Guy...

He wears the tightest jeans and that's where it's at baby...

i'm not a big Radiohead fan then?

^^^

Haha..  Nettie you got the point! That's what it's all about..

Wait... they had their fair choice of people like Robbie Williams and James Blunt AND Green Day and picked COLDPLAY?

Er-- okay.

I rest my case.

I'm a Radiohead fan. I'm almost sure I meant Radiohead/Oasis fans who don't roam Coldplay forums. Because then, you're obviously a CP fan as well. :sneaky:
