yes I'm sure it does bonita :wink3:

I go about 6 times a week for the past month. I wasnt as mental as that before, but I'm usually regularly going to the gym all year round.

I usually go for an hour but a couple times a week I stay for 2 or 3.

i used to go to the gym 5 days a week, between 1 and 1 and half hour... i haven't been in the past few months though... must go back!!!! ;)

I go 6 days a week for around three hours each time. I compete in powerlifting so im there quite a bit. :)

Oh :o :o

I wish I could join a gym... but they're so expensive here! So I resort to walking to the local park which takes twenty minutes, then jogging in the park for an hour, then walking back home for another twenty minutes...

phew!

omg, ppl r so healthy here...

i haaaaaaaaate going to the gym... but i really need to!!

i wnet back there yesterday, im trying to go at least 3 times a week...

I'm planning to start because my basketball matches are going to begin so i must be fit to be able to run ..

yes..

about 4-5x a week...

10 min warmup on the treadmill

about 40 minutes total in weight training doing various weights...(alternating days=alternating legs and arms)

then 45-60 minutes eliptical machine....

100 crunches then a cool down session (usually about 5-10 minutes)including stretching.

:)

Erm.

I don't go to the gym...

I coach a football team though, so I do everything they do (If I don't, they complain that it's not fair - plus I enjoy it so I don't mind).

So I do the fitness training there on one night a week, then occasionally a second night (weekdays) and then a saturday morning session.

Then on top of that I play for school basketball team, so I do that training every week - which is more tiring than the football.

And, I have an exercise machine at home that I use 15 mins a day, and then spend about half an hour or so lifting weights / other various activities.

:D

It makes me feel good.

i have a sort of mini home gym (its not really a gym, just a few machines) but im also a member of 3 gyms, when i can be bothered to go hehe (but i am in no way in shape!!)

I go 3 times a week to the gym. I start by running for 15 mins (and i'm trying to increase the time cause I really need to be in good shape cause i have these sports tests i really need to be good at in two months)

and then i just do all the different weight machines. And i end my work out with 40 mins on the EFX machine...

and during my whole work out i listen to coldplay on my mp3 (and others)

it's sooooooo much fu running to clocks!

hey that sounds like a lot of fun kelsen :)

I'm lucky that the gyms over here are pretty cheap, the cheapest is about 10 dollars a week!!!!!!!

Yeah I've been workin out for like a year and a half.

It sucks when you first start...but it gets a lot better.

On the machine bench i can do 190 bout 6 times...but on free weights i can only do like 155...but thats my body weight so its all good.

Also, I started up kickboxing once again about 1 month ago. It really helps increase your power...speed...and endurance. Plus i tend to get mad a lot...so its good for stress and anger.

yep. i do.

i do pilates, isoball and spinning!

and love all! :)
