Thanks an_cat! :) Or Danielle right?

It's strange............in school.in public I'm a happy person....I'm known as that....but the last das I was more quiet.....my friends even asked me what was wrong!

I never understood why I don't write happy poems............I think it's because poems come from deep in my heart!

Writing is a great cure to things, I find it helps me a lot. Also, when I went to see a therapist about my depressed feelings she told me that what helps to make you feel better is a healthier diet (I wasn't eating a lot of protein, I had to change that) and excercize. Not incredibly strenuous activity, but just a good run on the treadmill makes a world of difference, it really does. Plus you feel like you've accomplished something by the end of the work out. It's a great feeling!

that's exactly what made my life a whole lot better for the last couple of years. I started going to the gym 3 times a week, and i also write in my diary which realllllly helps...

i don't really eat right, it comes in periouds.

I'm addicted to chocolate

^Hehe..........that's it.....choclate makes me happy....but I have an allergy against it and put on weight really fast then!...................and the thing with the work out is also true...when you've done something you feel so good.....but before that..I need so long to motivate myself!

I have to go now.......thanks so much for talking to me! :)

Things like that help me!

i totally know what you mean. It took me forever to take my life in my hands and actually do everything i kept saying i would do.

Talk is easy but actually going through with things is alot harder, but once you start it gets easier

(actually it could also get alot harder, depends on your personality, but if you start something with no motivation then it'll end really fast)

.................

greeneyes........this is cool............and I really can imagine that..........

well good luck with whatever you end up doing- just make sure you're happy with whatever decisions you make ;)

bye bye :)

I went through a period a little while ago where I thought that my life wasn't good enough and that I deserved more from myself.

I felt like I wasn't being nice enough to my friends, or giving them enough of my time, and they weren't giving the same to me.

Then someone I've always known, but never been close to came and spoke to me about a problem of hers, so I listened and gave her any advice I had, and afterwards she hugged me and said "It's good to have a friend like you, you mean a lot to me!" And walked off.

I've been fine since that :P

Usually situations resolve themselves, what goes around comes around. But sometimes they need a little bit of injection from your own self. So, just get one thing clear in your head and work your ass off to get that sorted, hopefully things will fall into place after that.

you have my full support

Set a goal, and take action to fullfil it.

Don't mean anything radical, just simple things like, decide to make 20 push ups every day if you want to loose weight, or something else depends on what's buggin' you.And also when you feeling down try to channalize that energy into something productive, e.g. when someone pisses you off try to steer the hate into like doing homework.

I didn't want to do that.it happened automatically!

Sweet Julia, first of all make sure that every single person of the world even the happiest feel down and sad sometimes...

Well, I think that talking is a very good way to feel better and lighter because when you somebody listens to you you feel a sensation of relief or something like that so writing poems may have the same efect. All these poems that you write make you feel better, right?Don't stop writing them then...

Even when bad things happen to you, try to look at the positive side...Thinking positive helps you to feel better about something that you weren't happy with.Don't forget that even very bad moments could get worse.

Maybe if you just give more atention to simple things and happy moments of life you'll realize that your life is not that bad...

Hope you get better!!!And if you wanna talk, be sure that I'll be here to talk to you!
