It took me a while to find a nice picture of waves 'n stuff for the background, but... i think this took about 15 minutes maybe.

Fifteen freakin minutes.

 

Bwah, I've been sitting here for two hours and have SHIZNIT to show for it. :lol: For those scuffed surface kind of... I dunno what you call them... textures, do you look for those online or can you make those with 'shop?

 

I have PS Elements btw... and I'm desperate for some tips!

oh! You only have PSE? Get PS! PSE ain't that great.

 

I don't use PS Elements, so... iono. O.o

 

I know you need brushes for PS to get the textures though. :)

We're starting out with PSE. My bro-in-law suggested that we do that before we upgrade... and the upgrade starts with 4 then keep upgrading to 6.
