Because in my opinion, the common sense side of things comes from actually observing the facts about what happened rather than being fed goverment bullshite.

What is it that's so "senseless" about the 9/11 conspiracy?

i think anyone is an idiot to believe all the stuff on that movie. things like at the start when they showed the explosion and the so called 'missile' smacking into the building first was a load of crap i thought.

but there is a good point later on about the black boxes. those things are meant to survive crashes. and im very sure that they are made to withstand jet fuel, no matter how bad the burning wreck is.

so i have no doubt that the government may have covered some details up. for whatever reason either national security in investigating their own stuff, or to cover up any conspiracy. i dont know, but i think that happened at least.

and as with most conspiracy theories, it was entertaining. which is why people watch them. its almost fun to think sometimes 'what if they were lying to us and this theory is true?'. obviously if that were the case in this instance, it would be awful to think that the government did this, but on things like the moon landing conspiracy its a bit of fun for me..

anyway, i still think it was terrorists, or some terrorist organistaion within the government maybe. but i still think that if you asked bush if he knew this would happen before it did, and he answered truthfully, i dont think he had anything to do with it.

Riddle me this:

"If plane's black boxes are so indestructible, why are the planes thmeselves not made out of the same material." There are many basic answers to that question but i felt like saying it.

I am a bit of a conspiracy theorist, however much anyone hates it and I was just wondering how so many people (at least 3) were filming the twin towers for no particular reason within a space of about 15 seconds. Think about it.

well im sure you can answer your own question about the indistructable material. but ill do it anyway.

 

firstly it would be too heavy and expensive.

 

secondly, it would be pointless. if a plane full of humans were to hit the ground at 800km/h, that would be stopping dead on the ground. so you decelerate from 800km/h to 0km/h in a millisecond. i could do the maths for you if you want, but basically the G forces along would be enough to kill everyone inside. its not about if the plane isnt all torn up, people would still be dead.

 

and its new york, im sure there wouldve been thousands of tourists down on the street in such a city like that. i believe theres only 1 piece of footage (maybe 2?) of the first plane anyway, and that was taken by someone who was filming a policeman doing something in the first place anyway. even so, youre from the gold coast, you know how many tourists there are there. imagine if the same thing happened there, there would be hundreds of tourists (i wont mention of what race) with their cameras ready.

Military pilots are trained to take 9. 22G is survivable (only for an incredibly short amount of time), but it means your body is 22 times heavier, so if youre 70kgs, you weigh 1.54tonnes. and althought the plane has stopped moving, you still have inertia and you would go smacking into the seat infront of you and probably snap your neck.

 

anyway, a plane made out of the same material as a black box would still crush like a aluminium can.

if someone rolled a toy car at you at 5m/s, you could stop it with your finger. but if someone rolled a real train at you at 5m/s, you couldnt stop it if your life depended on it.

 

a black box might weigh a couple of kilos. it doesnt have enough force behind it to crush the materials its made out of.

if a plane weighs several tonnes, its going to have alot more kinetic energy and because of that the same material would still be useless.

Trust me -- the last thing I wanted to believe is that our own government would kill 3,000 of its own citizens. I fought this theory for months and months in my head... but it's the only thing that makes sense.

There's a book called "The New Pearl Harbor" by David R. Griffin. If you find this thread intruiging, I SERIOUSLY suggest you check this book out.

 

Using factual evidence, the book highlights such things as:

 

1) The steel columns reinforcing the WTC towers couldn't have crumbled by simply running a plane into them. Steel doesn't melt until it reaches 3600 F, a degree of heat that could not have been produced by the plane itself, but by a missle or rocket at close range. If you watch the planes fly into the towers, you can actually see black missle-like structures mounted below the front of the plane, and a bright light at the tip of the black missle-like structure goes off miliseconds before impact, suggesting a rocket was detonated.

 

2) The WTC towers electricity was completely shut down the entire weekend before the attacks and strangely, a crew of "inspectors" were the only people allowed into the buildings the entire weekend. Evidence in the book suggests the buildings were actually prepped to be demolished. The way in which each tower fell, and the speed and precise way the towers fell can only be carried out by placing demolition charges at the corners of the building from top to bottom. The vacant WTC building #7 was actually being used as a communications HQ across the street during this whole ordeal...which had conveniently evacuated due to a "fire". After the planes were flown into the buildings, demolition charges in the WTC towers were detonated, making cracks in the 4 steel corners of each building, thus causing it to crumble very quickly.

 

3) The pentagon accident is said to not have been caused by a plane at all, but by a missle/rocket. The pentagon has an automated defense system in the area that will do an electronic "red light/green light" screening for each aircraft entering the area, because that area is a no-fly zone. Government planes have a "green light" chip in them, making the defense system view those aircrafts as friendly. This also includes government missles/rockets. The fact that the "aircraft" penetrated nearly 3 layers of the pentagon wall, each wall reinforced by 8 foot thick steel walls, which means at least 24 feet worth of steel. Once again, only the force and heat of a missle or rocket could penetrate steel that thick.

 

4) The only video footage of the pentagon accident was captured by a gas station across the street. Within minutes of the accident, the FBI immediately confiscated the video tape from the gas station owner. Around the streets near the pentagon, streetlights were knocked down in areas that the flight path of the supposed "plane" didn't even pass through.

 

5) Also, a section of the pentagon said to have been hit by the "plane" was knocked down in a perfect square, something like a 20x30 foot area, about 30 feet deep, to the 3rd wall of steel. The offices in the picture of this section supposedly hit by the plane show wooden desks and office papers completely untouched, even computers completely undamaged. If the "plane" supposedly burned up in that section, why didn't wooden desks and papers burn too?

 

6) If you look closely, the planes flown into the WTC towers were actually unmarked government planes with blacked out windows. Government planes don't carry commercial passengers, and usually don't even have many seats on them. Perhaps the real commercial plane's communications were cut off and the planes were secretly diverted and dumped into the ocean or hangers somewhere, allowing the goverment to murder the passengers and cover up evidence....all while flying decoy government planes into the building which were controlled manually and electronically from the nearby WTC building #7 HQ.

 

This could be the biggest cover up in world history. Could this have been purposely planned out to have a reason to go to war? Something to think about. Honestly....this book will have you engrossed. I read it and I talked about it's contents for MONTHS, but you feel so overwhelmed and helpless at the same time because it is such an outrageous plan that people won't believe you. And remember folks, it is not considered a conspiracy if it is actually true. :stunned:

I admit, I believe a LOT went on that day that we'll never know about. But... If this was an excuse to go to war....... I just don't want to believe it, you know? It's sort of like how people believe Pearl Harbor was a set up so we could have a real excuse to enter WWII. That I never believed, and I don't know if I believe this conspiracy either. I don't have any trust in our government, don't get me wrong. I'm scared of the men ruling this country. But to think that our govt. officials would purposely kill over 3,000 of their own people...
