Soo I saw Razorlight live on Wednesday and they fuckin' ROCKED :D

They played all the great songs to shake and sing along, though I was disappointed that they only played for about an hour!

RAZORLIGHT star JOHNNY BORRELL has pulled Hollywood beauty KIRSTEN DUNST, I can exclusively reveal.

 

The indie singer has spent the last week working his charms on the stunning actress after she showed up at Razorlight’s gig in LA last Friday.

 

And last night the couple were in each other’s arms snogging as they watched a gig at the South By South West Music Festival in Texas.

 

Judging by my pics, we could be in for another rock-meets-movies romance like that between CHRIS MARTIN and GWYNETH PALTROW.

 

A source said: “Kirsten has fallen head over heels for Johnny. She met the band last week and immediately hit it off with him.

 

“They have been on the phone ever since and getting on like a house on fire. She flew all the way from LA to be in Texas with Johnny. It’s the real deal – they’re a proper item.”

 

Johnny hired a Harley Davidson to tear around the West Coast, and he roared up at the KINGS OF LEON gig at SxSW last night in true rock star style – with Spider-Man beauty Kirsten straddling the bike behind him.

 

An onlooked said: “They were snogging at the side of the stage. He was wearing an oversized leather jacket and playing air guitar and air drums.

 

“She was fluttering her eyelashes at him like a smitten teenager.”

 

The relationship could cause fireworks on both sides of the Atlantic.

 

Johnny has a long-term girlfriend and Kirsten is rumoured to be in a relationship too.

 

Legions of British Razorlight fans will also be fearing the worst.

 

The band famously penned the No1 America – and now Johnny’s got a good reason to be spending a whole lot more time there . . .

Kirsten Dust Follows New Love to the U.K

 

 

The budding relationship between Kirsten Dunst and rocker Johnny Borrell has hit fast forward. The couple are so smitten with each other that Kirsten Dunst has left the U.S. and arrived in the U.K. to stay with Borrell at his new North London apartment.

 

Johnny Borrell, the frontman for the British indie rock group, Razorlight, meet only a few weeks ago when the band was touring the United States. The pair hit it off immediately.

 

Kirsten Dunst first met Johnny Borrell at a Razorlight gig in Los Angeles. A source speaking to US Weekly Magazine said, "Kirsten was there rocking out and just got really into him." "She and her friends went right to the side of the stage and danced like crazy to every song. She was in a great mood, knew every word and was mesmerized by Johnny. She kept calling things out to him and giggling."

 

When the band finished their performance, Kirsten Dunst went back stage where the couple were seen getting very close. Borrell then was thought to have invited Kirsten along to the band's next gig in Texas, at the South By South West festival. From that point on Kirsten followed the band around the U.S. until their tour finished a few days ago.

 

The couple were so hooked on each other that sources said that when they were not together they spent hours on the phone to each other. After being apart for only a couple of days Kirsten could no longer stand being away from her new love and hopped on a plane to London.

 

A source speaking to The Sun said, "This relationship is the real thing. They met when Johnny was touring the US and she's followed him around like a lovesick puppy." "But they hated being apart and on Friday she flew to London and is staying in his flat. No one is sure how long she will be here for." However Kirsten is expected to begin filming a new movie in Europe in the near future so it is possible she will stay in London for a while.

 

Last Sunday, two days, after arriving in London, Kirsten watched from the side of the stage while Johnny Borrell and Razorlight performed at an anti-slavery charity concert in London, 'Voice Of Slavery'.

 

After the gig Kirsten accompanied Johnny to Camden Caners scene hang out, The Hawley Arms pub.

 

The lovestruck couple are reminding people of when Gwyneth Paltrow feel in love with Coldplay's Chris Martin. The only sad casualty of the Kirsten Dunst, Johnny Borell love story is Johnny Borrell's long term girlfriend who was just dumped for Kirsten.

Let's hear it for the great rock 'twerp'

 

It has been an eventful few weeks for Razorlight's Johnny Borrell. He has become only the fourth man in history to appear on the cover of Vogue. He has caused consternation at Texas's South by Southwest festival by driving around on a vast Harley Davidson, a mode of transport he regrettably insisted on referring to as his "fat fucking ride". He has had a dalliance with film star Kirsten Dunst, with whom he was spotted, according to one tabloid gossip column, "snogging". (One less complimentary report in the music press suggested that the singer had stage-managed the event.)

 

Presumably Borrell is used to less complimentary reports by now. He is, according to another magazine that recently slapped a shirtless Borrell on its cover, "Mr Popular ... the most hated man in music". His own bandmates seem incapable of sharing his company for long without being overwhelmed by the desire to thump him: the most recent punch-up took place onstage in Lyon in February.

 

Razorlight are hugely popular - their eponymous second album has gone platinum four times - yet you never see anyone copying Borrell's striking all-white onstage image. It's as if even their most devoted fans don't want to associate themselves too closely with the band's frontman, afflicted as he seems to be by a debilitating neurological condition that compels him to say unbelievably stupid things whenever a journalist is within earshot. He began his career by favourably comparing his abilities with those of Charles Dickens, Orson Welles and Jorge Luis Borges, and even today, when he claims to be trying to live down past excesses he is still wont to say things such as, "I realised I was paying with a lot of karma."

 

Or perhaps Borrell simply realises that to be a truly great rock frontman, it helps if you're a bit of a twerp. Morrissey, David Bowie, Prince, Mick Jagger, Liam Gallagher, Freddie Mercury: all brilliant and unique, their only unifying factor that they are (or were) much given to doing and saying unbelievably stupid things. Whenever one's ire is raised by the latest utterance to spill from Borrell's lips, it's probably worth considering that the alternative is either that painful, studied cool you find in Julian Casablancas of the Strokes or bands headed by ordinary, decent blokes: Coldplay, Stereophonics, Keane. Being a rock star is about being extraordinary, indecent, outrageous. So more power to Mr Popular, his insatiable urge to display his torso in public, his issues with karma and his "fat fucking ride".

yeah he does its called "The colour of my Dreams"....its just him basically putting music to one of his relatives poems and stories i think :D

well theyre busy on it right now...theres a couple of videos on youtube of them working on the album (mucking about really)...in one of them johnny hits a stuffed chicken to try and get a gd perccusive sound :D

razorlight update :

 

theyve just had about 3/4 months of working on new stuff in their rehersal rooms.........they are just about to go into the studio to record their new album (going in in a week i think) and teh drummer thinks/hopes they will have it released in autum (round about september) :D
