I thought the Louisville show was fantastic. There was nothing lacking from the band, but the crowd was a little down. Let's face it, Coldplay fans are pretty much white and preppie folks and I think that affects the energy (interpret that yourself). U2 is by far my favorite band and seeing them live is nothing but radiating energy all around you. If I lived and breathed Coldplay like I do U2, I might have been a little dissapointed in the show being only 90 minutes and Chris not really seeming to be totally focused. BUT, these guys are young and so far they have developed AMAZING music that could one day take them places U2 only dreams of.

 

Coldplay is one of my favorite bands and it was amazing to see them. I especially love "White Shadows" from X&Y, so that was a personal highlight for me.

 

Keep rockin', you great Brits! :)

Tell me about it, lol. Louisville was fantastic! Yes there were some lazy drunk people and alot of people didn't act as crazy as me, lol, but isn't there always? I for one was jumping and singing all over the place, I really enjoyed myself.

 

I came sooo close to catching Chris's camera, he threw it right over my head! It bounced off my hand and went under the seats. :( It was funny because he stood there for a moment like 'hmmm, where to throw it'. I really didn't expect him to throw it so close.

 

Also made eye contact with Jonny twice...I was singing along and he grinned right at me....I nearly died. :mad:

 

I also liked Chris quote during White Shadows '(A?) (Our?) band is for life, not just for Christmas.' :lol: And also the Grandpa Simpson moment during The Scientist...ask me your questions came out as a gaint spit wad. :lol:

I totally know what you mean about missing Chris's camera, the same thing happened to me in London!!! the person in front of me caught it!!!! DAMN!!!!! :angry:

The whole show was fucking amazing! I'll be posting a detailed review later.

Most of my pics turned out so frickin blurry. :( I couldn't even get a decent pic of Will...one word: dude in cowboy hat. No words.

 

Didn't get a good one of Jonny either...Chris was the easiest for me to get because I was right in front of him.
