I want them to come back so bad! :bigcry: I miss them like hell. I really feel like... I dunno, I felt like it was one of the most personal gigs of my life. Not just because I was literally sitting on the stage, and there was only about 80 other people there, and Didz and Stan sat on the pavement with us befor ethe gig....... but.... yeah. I just felt like the way they performed, the way they acted towards us, it was just perfect. THey're just the four best guys ever. I really love DPT. So much. Perfect band, in my opinion :nice:

Exactly! That's one word that really sums up their gigs - personal. You really feel just so much a part of the gig that's it's so surreal.....yet actually more real than any other gig i've been to. That sounds weird when I write it but I know what I mean :lol:

YES they have to do a massive tour! Gawd, they really didn't do much of anything around here. I hope they play the great Scott or Middle East. Hopefully TTs here in Boston!!! TTs is soooo small, it's literally like... a 30 person room :laugh4: I really really hope they play it! And by then I'll HOPEFULLY be in NYC, so I can see them there! whoooooo :dance:

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA tour! I'm really envious (in a good way :nice:)! I really wish I could be away half of the year catching band tours. That would make me a happy and complete person. I'm so dependant on bootlegs, reviews and YouTube :(

 

 

Though, I'm really excited for you girls (esp. Steph) knowing you'll see them really soon, or eventually. You (we) all really deserve it and I love knowing they're so great performing. It's definitely a plus :D

Yanno, I was listening to Yeti in the car today and it hit me... All their songs, they're so classic. Like the melodies, the tune, it's almost like you've heard it thousands of times before (yet you know you haven't). 'Last Time You Go' is just perfect, to me. If they were a band like, I dunno, Keane, that'd be a number one hit single. I'm kind of convinced. I mean, obviously I'm not saying they SHOULD be, but if they WERE ;) ah. I was just about to say "I hope they make it" but whatever, they've made it. They're awesome, the end!

They seem to be so happy about themselves, like they're really enjoying everything they do, and believe in it. Like in that XFM interview (yeah, I kinda listened to that A LOT tonight), when John says how different it is from the Libs days. As simple as it might look, I feel like he can be himself now, he laughs a lot (in that interview), and it really seems he's having a fantastic time doing what he likes.
