It's funny though, 'cos whenever I think of the gigs I have coming up, I dont think about the 'shambles gig. I just don't even see it happening right now, so i'm not getting my hopes up.

 

I could have seen WAS the other week :\ , I was in Brixton and the touts were selling some tickets dead cheap...but I was on my way to see another band instead, the Five O'Clock Heroes, at this little pub down the road. They're awesome. :cool:

Wahey!!! That's great! :) They're fantastic...and actually sound far better live than on CD. And such lovely guys. Great music to dance your ass off too and sing along with, their gigs are immense. :D

And it's cool 'cos each time I see them they have more&more fans, which is great to see :nice: They deserve to be much bigger than they are.

Yeah, I love how they've gone from an opening act here to the main one in such a quick time. They're still playing quite small venues, which surprises me. Hey, I'm not complainin' though. The smaller the better, for me haha. The first one I'm going to is in a restaurant, saw Art Brut and Spinto Band there lmfao, they had dinner. So.... This is where my wonderful "buy the Scientists a drink and dinner" plan comes in play... :sneaky: I love 'em, they're so nice.

 

 

 

Yeap, it's a sub-area of Boston! You'd be surprised, there are tons of places here in New England that are exact name copies of those in the UK. Always confuses the crap out of me when I see tour announcments :laugh4:

Well it's like this cool festival, which actually isn't very cool? It's soooo annoying cause 80% of the people there just go along cause they have the money and think it's oh so very cool to stay in the front seeing this band they never heard of and keeping real fans from getting close to the stage. And everyone is arghh so dressed up it's really really annoying. Everyone look as if they've spent the whole day planning on what to wear etc. but no one is really confortable as they should be on a gig :angry: grrrr sorry about the rambling but it's every year the same thing! And I always end up going on my own, and it's not like I can make any friends there cause all are such posers :rolleyes:

I saw a couple girls wearing heels at Oxegen festival in Ireland this past summer, I fucking laughed my ass off :laugh4: Apparently they didn't plan on it raining all weekend, and they kept getting stuck in the mud hehehe it was really evil to laugh but oh, I did! I looked like total SHIT all weekend, in the same pair of jeans and the same t-shirt and a poncho that stuck in all the wrong places all weekend. Did I fucking care? No. People are so artificial.

 

 

 

Luckily those people who dressed up didn't go up front, cuz they were stuck in the mud! hahaha
