Like lastnight I was lying in bed listening to WTA really loud through headphones (lmfao like i dont listen to it enough during the day alone) and songs like Wondering and especially Gin&Milk omfg, I just laid there thinking how fucking amazing the bassline is. You're right, he really is a legend. :nice:

Well, I've been trying to make tabs for all of 'Waterloo' which is fucking unbelievably difficult to do LMFAO I've got some of the songs written out by hand but probably so wrong. haha.

just to let you know that we're releasing The Blinding EP with the nice folks at Regal Records on Monday. CD's and 12" vinyl. The 12" looks amazing with a gatefold sleeve and some great new band shots by Alize Mesure.

 

We're off to Fabric tonight for Love Music Hate Racism's show with the likes of The View, The Paddingtons and Mystery Jets .... should be a good night and all in a good cause. Great chance to see Babyshambles in a small venue.

So I finally felt well enough to pop out today (yayz!), so I bought the NME and sat and properly read through the interview! :) It was so sweet reading:

So fucking true. That's the first thing I noticed at the crisis busking the other week - how shy he really is.

Put him infront of a few thousand people with a band and he's fine, but when he's alone infront of a small crowd he really seems to go into his shell...we could barely hear him singing when he did. He just seemed very nervous when alone in the spotlight for such a charismatic frontman.

Well, my YFLI t-shirt took about 3weeks....but when I ordered my hoodie it never turned up....I emailed them a few times with no response :angry:, and then FINALLY got a response saying that it must have got lost in the post, so they sent me out another one, which I finally got, about 9weeks after ordering. :rolleyes: Their service is pretty shite!

 

If you don't get it soon, email them and they should respond, eventually!

What do you think of them? I actually prefer Puffin...more my kinda thing. :) But OTML is amazing! :nice:

I really love them both, I gotta say they kinda outshine the rest of the songs... Love the old ones as well but yeah, there's a whole different feel and sound in them, an edge if you get what I mean.

I think I prefer 'Puffin' soundwise as well but lyricswise I lovelovelove OTML, it's just fucking perfect :heart: Just imagine hearing OTML acoustic though, that would be PERFECTION! :dead:

I was listening to chinese dogs on the tube today, omg seriously, im so in love with Stan's voice. :nice: The more i've listened the more I can really distinguish the difference between his&Carl's voices; I can hardly believe I found it hard when I first heard it! :stunned: They're so different.

I noticed you can really hear it's Stan at the end of his sentences...like "are to blame" and "has gone cold", you can hear his US accent and also his sort of tone of voice.

Oh god, I just love it! :wacky: It's the one im most excited about seeing live....it's probably overtaken Gin&Milk as my favourite DPT track - which is seriously saying something!!!
