March 24, 200620 yr One must ask themselves...Are they doing this just for publicity (if so' date=' why do they feel they need it??) or do they actually like the names. I don't understand either way, haha...[/quote'] I'm pretty sure they wouldn't do that just for publicity... but I don't know them. =P
March 24, 200620 yr yeah i agreed but i realy think that if its a boy they are gonna name him Bruce like G dad
March 25, 200620 yr :stunned: mortimer jeez that sounds deadly mortimer? capone? sophocles? I hadn't heard about the last one.. If it has to be one of those three I hoping for capone... but I'm praying for Bruce.. Bruce Lemon Martin .. gah sorry bad joke

March 25, 200620 yr i dont like the name bruce but i like the sentiment behind it. yeah and bruce its better that Sophocles :P
March 25, 200620 yr funny, i had to write something at school the other day of a dog called Mortimer... It does sound deadly! I dont like any of the names, not even Bruce, but if i had to choose (as if they wanted my opinion, lol) i´d say bruce after Gwyneth´s dad, but i dont like Bruce Willis! he killed the name...
March 25, 200620 yr I think it'd be cool, too. Except I'd have to make up a short nickname, because Chriwneth is kind of hard to pronounce.
March 25, 200620 yr I think it's an easy name. Besides..you're gonna be famous and you'll have the greattest name on earth
March 25, 200620 yr I like how Chris' and Gwyneth's names can do that annoying little mash-together thing like Tomkat or Bennifer. Chriwenth or Gwynhis, both hurt the ears -- yes. :laugh4: Anything's better than Capone for their kid. Although when I hear Mortimer I think "mortify," but still. It's not a famous crime boss, so okay. :laugh4:
March 25, 200620 yr I actually really really like Capone. To the point of stealing the name. I might rename my cat Capone.. Mortimer is so..'80 year old manish'. I hate it! But it is their kid, whatever floats your boat Chriwenth.. I think they are just doing it because people are making such a big deal about it. Hey, even I was like 'What?!? Mortimer?!?'. Every other week it's a new name..next week it will be Raymundo and then after that it will be Vanilla Bean..
March 25, 200620 yr Chris used to joke that he would name his son Orange-well,Orange Martin is better, than Mortimer Martin....Dont know, its like Mortimer Goth from Sims
March 25, 200620 yr Intent on making her children's lives miserable, Gwyneth Paltrow plans to name her son Mortimer, after her godfather Steven Spielberg. Paltrow, who already has a daughter, Apple, with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, refers to Spielberg as "Uncle Morty." some Gwynetn & Apple pics: http://www.idontlikeyouinthatway.com/2006/03/gwyneth-paltrow-is-cruel.html personally i think it's aaaah....an awful name,it's a like a little devil :/ another source: http://thebosh.com/archives/2006/03/gwyneth_to_name_baby_mortimer.php i wish they would name the child watermelon after me :p but it's a boy so.. but Mortimer :stunned: Apple & Mortimer.. that sounds okay
March 25, 200620 yr Morty/Mortimer sounds like a some sort of Harry Potter character to me :laugh4: :laugh4: Mortimer does sound very Harry Potterish.
March 25, 200620 yr lol... Hagrid Martin? Sirius Martin? Severus Martin? Albus Martin? Neville Martin? Draco Martin? haha ok I will stop now.
March 25, 200620 yr Sirius Martin doesn't sound that bad. :laugh4: If they name him Neville he'll have to wear a top hat. Because it fits.
