Sorry but Lost is one of the worst american exports ever, if you have any idea how the airline industry works then you would know that a plane couldn't 'disappear' onto a new island which hasn't been spotted by satelites before. Air-routes are all planned out.

Well, actually... Oh crap- all the good quotes and explinations are spoilers. (I've gotta stop reading this thread. :freak:)

 

Anyway, the SPOILER FREE part everyone already knows from the first season is, it wasn't an ordinary crash- they shouldn't even have lived (some think they haven't), and it isn't an ordinary island either- I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't even on the same planet. Not to mention that they were thousands of miles off course with the radio out- satelites have to know where to look before they can find them. (And satelites were mentioned at least once.)

 

With 'what if' type plots, you just have to go on faith that the writers have already worked those kinds of plot-holes out- they say they have. They're just teasing us with the answers. Some will come soon, others do exist but won't be wrenched out of Damon Lindeloff's mad bespectacled noggin for another few glorious, frustrating years. :mad:

 

Please don't go saying it's crap. I totally understand that it isn't some people's thing, but personally I think it's the best show since the X-files at their height! :smug:

Hmmmmmm!!! its getting very dark at the moment. they seem to be out to show the worst sides of all the characters in the recent episodes. tonight's turn was Sayid, and whilst I felt sorry for him because grief was obviosuly getting to him, I was also starting to like him less.
