May 28, 200620 yr I think it would be more appropriate if the wording on the cup was "Don't Mess with ANGE"!
May 28, 200620 yr Because I am. I would only accept that statement if you were 80 or something!
May 28, 200620 yr How do you know I'm not? I don't, unless you say otherwise - except I wouldn't have thought there would be much demand for nurses over the age of 80!
May 28, 200620 yr ahahhahaa Well I'm up there. My first concert....Led Zeppelin, not the reformed Led Zeppelin, but the real deal Led Zeppelin.

May 28, 200620 yr Still that way before 99% of the peeps on here were even born. Hell were even a naughty thought in their dad's mind. :laugh3: I went with my dad to the Grand Old Opry in 1968.

May 28, 200620 yr OMG you've never heard of the Grand Old Opry? :\ It's in Nashville and was held at the Ryman Auditorium. Most famous Country and some early rock acts played there. They would have concerts and broadcast them over the radio.

May 28, 200620 yr I don't even remember who played there. The only thing I remember from that trip was going to Johnny Cash's house. My brother and I took some rocks from his fence. He had a garage that was below the ground level of the house and it had grass growing on the roof which for some reason we thought was the coolest thing ever. :laugh3:

Are you a fan of any of it? The first time I saw grass growing on the roof of a building was when I was on Vancouver Island. There were goats grazing on top of it!!:P
May 28, 200620 yr Hey Angie! (I think that's your name.. I don't remember..) but can you post that background of Johnny? :idea2: Thanks!
May 28, 200620 yr My parents were big country fans. My dad played guitar and would jam with his friends every weekend, I always got drug along. I don't care for it myself. I don't think of Cash as a C&W artist, he's more rock and roll to me. Bob Dylan was at Cash's house during that time making his Nashville Skyline album I think. Johnny didn't have any goats, but he did have attack dogs. We were staying with my uncle, he lived on the same lake as Cash. Me and my brother tried to sneak up to his house by boat. There were 4 big Dobermans in his back yard.
