i wrote this article for our school's newspaper about the coldplay concert.

and now i'm in desperate need of a cool headline.

i don't want to take something cheesy such as "viva la coldplay" (i was tempted to take that one though...).

any suggestions?

I just found out that my high school's marching band (which I was a proud member of for all 4 years, thank you very much! :P) is playing Viva La Vida in the Columbus Day Parade tomorrow! I was warned by a member of the band that they only received the music today, and probably won't be very good, but I really want to go see it anyway. It just kills me that I graduated 3 years ago-- why couldn't we have played Coldplay when I was in the band?!?!?!?!

This was a week and a half ago but I didnt have time to write it. I was at a bank, Halifax to be exact. and I had to put money in it. And it was boring waiting in line. And I heared music really faintly, nothing good, but it seemed like Scottish bagpipes for some reason, and then I realised it just MIGHT be Strawberry Swing, but I was like nah, it is not, im imagining it, but then heared it and it flippin was. I was so happy, thats strawberry swing inthe BANK!!! WOOOOOH!!!

Is it the episode of yesterday night? (season 3, ep 3)? I think I've never heard an accoustic version of Lost! How did they get one??? I'm impressed! :stunned:

Last night I dreamt that a second european tour leg was announced including Denmark. :(

I just passed a Foot Locker store near Bayswater this noon or around, and they played Violet Hill in there:)

And yesterday as we came to the office with a pgotographer in his car, they played God Put A Smile... and he did not turn it off :D

yesterday i watched this science (not exactly science, but they do experiements and try to figure out the most important things in life) programme.

and they had this experiment and the guy who did it wanted to become a paparazzo. he went through a few magazines to find someone famous he could photograph and he went for COLDPLAY!!! :laugh3:

 

he said, they were in town at that moment, but he missed them! what. a. jerk.

however, he then went from hotel to hotel and that one receptionist was like,"no, they're not staying here, but they're playing a concert right now! man, coldplay is the only band i like!"

 

hahaha. that was so funny and cute at the same time. :nice:

 

but if it had worked out, chris would've probably flipped. as we all know, that man does not like paparazzi. :D

Someone during a lecture today wrote the lyrics of Fix you on a table and I went WEEEEEEE ! and then I HAD TO show them my cellphone wall on which I have the photo of Chris and myself :nice: :D :heart: they got so excited, it made the lecture a little less annoying !
