and THEN another superbowl commercial came on and life in technicolor was playing!!!!!!:D:dance:

but i didn't get to see that one either :(

so point of the story is, if you see a commercial for the super bowl, watch it

It was funny, in a Chris intervie, Chris said or Mumbuled while playing LIT 2, just before he said, "I wont do the solo bit, you know, Dun-da-da-dun-da-da...The one you hear inthe football" and it was sooo funny because its SO true, Everytime I watch MOTD(Football show in England) and they show the league it comes on and today on Sky Sports 1 they showed the table and LIT was on aswell. Its such a footie song:D Kinda like Beautiful Day.

About 30 minutes ago I arrived by bus at my town after having music class. It's dark and there were only me and two others in the bus. I was listening to Coldplay on my iPod and A Rush of Blood to the Head was on. Just as I stepped out of the bus a fire vehicle with sirenes passed by in high speed and a moment after an emergency services vehicle passed by too. I can't describe the feeling I got. I mean, there must have been a fire somewhere like in the song. I found that a little scary, the "coincidence" with the song and all. :worried: After that I walked home with Amsterdam in my ears, which was beautiful as always in the dark and the glow of the streetlights.

That's my random Coldplay thought for today. :)

I stepped in my car and my CD ended after a bit so I decided to turn on the radio for a bit which I hardly ever do.. and whatdoyaknow... :D LITii is being played on 538, they say it's the alarmschijf, which means they'll play it at least every 2 hours :dance: then I arrived at the shop and in the expidition area they played all good things come to an end... now I;m not a bog nelly fruitella fan, buttt that is considered coldplay related to me now.. then inside the shop they played Lost :D on my drive to the next shop I heard lit ii again :D and after finishing up there on my drive home i heard lit ii AGAIN... and it stilld doesn't tire me... who needs coldplay CD's when you got dutch radio!

We were starting Lit 12 today.

 

And they're was a list of poems we were going to do, so there was like a million "Ode To" ones and I immediately thought of Ode To Deodorant.

 

Then they was a peom called Ulysses and I started singing Ulysses by Franz Ferdinand in my head.

Just saw a Grammy commercial- I was lying half-asleep, and suddenly I heard VLV and shot up out of my seat! My dog freaked out and fell off the couch... And then when they said Coldplay in the list of performers, I screamed and my mom yelled at me :P

We were watching Superbowl highlights and they showed Bruce.

 

And my little cousin is like I bet you loove this music. Because I don't know?

 

And I said no, not really.

 

Then he said "I bet you would watch is cooooollddplayy was on" in a bratty little voice.

 

But it made me smile.

I was at lunch with some friends today, and "The Hardest Part" came on...

I gasped really loud... and then said quietly, "This is Coldplay".

And they just smiled. I do that every time i hear Coldplay when i'm out in public.. But usually i scream..

 

Every time i hear them though, i just get so happy.

I could be having the shittiest day, but when Coldplay comes on, i can't help but smile.

It just feels like i get a big hug.

I love it.

Story time!

 

Today I was talking with someone at my job, and she suddenly asked me "your name means 'life' in Greek, right?" So I said "yeah, do you take Greek or something?" And she responded "no, I was just looking up Viva la Vida, and what it is in different languages."

 

So I was like :stunned: and thought "stay calm Zoe, she's probably talking about the painting." But a couple minutes later I was like "wait, why were you looking up 'life' in other languages?" And she said "you know the song Viva la Vida by Coldplay?"

 

I freaked out :P That's the first time I've met someone in real life who likes Coldplay!

its weird, because i was just reading rolling stone, and theyre the top of.. everything! so then why does everyone deny liking them?

But now I'm super excited because I feel like my name is connected to Coldplay :lol: if I say "Viva la Zoe", it still means "Viva la Vida"... Cool! I don't know why I'd never thought of that before *shrug*
