  • I just wanted to say, after 5 years of being part of the Coldplay fandom, first on Coldplaying, now on Coldplaying, Twitter and other platforms, a wonderful thing happened today: Coldplay followed me

  • I ran away
    I ran away

On this day exactly 5 years ago, a young and innocent person who was just getting really into Coldplay wanted to sign up on a forum called Coldplaying. Faced with the question of what to pick as a use

  • Today exactly 5 years ago, I joined the Coldplaying community and I don't regret that that. To be honest, it's probably one of the best things that have happened in my life! I had never thought I woul

^ Mmm... Different shades of blue, why?

I was just listening to 42, and then I looked to my watch and it was 20:42! :D

^ And 42 days are missing to the Heineken Jammin' Festival, when I'll finally see them

I think of mainly blue...and yellow..

So I guess that makes orange?

haha whoops really?

what makes orange? :P

Red+Yellow=Orange :P

hahah wow, it's been awhile since art class :P

^ :laugh3: Mmm thinking it over... Yeah, I guess there's some yellow too

I have an art project for my color theory class. We have to design a cd cover for a song that is special to us. Its kind of difficult to place colors for the different parts of the song. I also imagined blues. I chose oranges n yellows for the drum beat and some greens for guitar in the background, blues for the high guitar notes. and some purples for chris' voice

My teacher said she didn't agree :\

Is the relationship between music and colours not a very subjective thing?

6 years ago today I saw my first Coldplay concert and my life really hasn't been the same since.

This! She can be in disagreement but this must not influence how your work is evaluated, otherwise what teacher would she be, imposing her ideas on you?

Oooh I heard Lovers In Japan for the first time on radio today!!!

I know that teacher is really weird when it comes to grading, but in the end she said, "well ok, if that's how u see it.."

n then I felt I had to rethink my whole project :\ oh well, im just trying to match what I feel when I hear in my place :)

98% of the music I hear at my workplace consists of Britney Spears/Katy Perry/Ke$ha/Bruno Mars/Enrique Iglesias (IF I HEAR THAT "TONIGHT" SONG ONE MORE TIME . . . ) etc. I mean, there's nothing wrong with that music, but when you have to listen to it for four hours straight at a blaring, loud volume, it gets really tiring and obnoxious.

The other day, they played Viva la Vida. THANK YOU. But then it went back to the songs about "dancing like there's no tomorrow". :shifty:

Yesterday I was fiddling with the radio and found a station that played three Green Day songs in a row, followed by VLV. I squeed. Loudly. And sang along to all four songs. :dazzled:

Clocks woke me up this morning :)

I was woken up by Clocks too! :escaping:

I was watching this random show called Rules of Engagement and the main character was like 'My wife is into modern things like testing and Coldplay' I laughed
