I was at this street party with my friends and my friends went up to the DJ and told him to blast Viva La Vida as loud as he could and I got the whole party singing it :D

I was in the car with my brother, and he was changing the radio station trying to find something interesting to listen to, and he was switching by pretty fast, and then on some random radio station I thought I heard Chris so I was like, "Go back! I think it's the Scientist!" And sure enough it was! :wacko: I felt so proud that I got it right after just hearing like a second of it. :D Unfortunately it was already at the very end of the song. :P

I found a MAKE TRADE FAIR bumper sticker today. It's now on my bulletin board.

I think that Coldplay are an excellent band but two of their biggest tracks - Fix You and Viva La Vida - do absolutely nothing for me. Am I just weird? :shocked2: ;)

I was watching Gilmore Girls last night and one of the characters (Gill, in case anyone watches too :P) mentioned "That pretentious little snot from Coldplay" :dozey:

So I was driving the other day in this private neighborhood and I got stopped by the cop and he said, "I just want you to know that I stopped you because you were going 42 miles down this hill"

Instead of being pissed I smiled at him Because immediately I thought of the song 42 and roadie 42 then of coldplay.

lulz, 42 mph speeding ticket is cool in my eyes cause of how fast I was going. Just happened to be 42.

haha i don't usually watch it but i remember an episode where Rory was studying at home with a friend, she wanted to study but he was just talking about everything but studying, so there was a scene where she says him something like "Yeah ok I still don't understand why Coldplay are considred an alternative band but that's not the matter now"

I had a tiny ray of hope waiting for the lineup to be announced and searched for coldplay....but nope:cry:

 

There's some good bands though :) but not enough for me to really go out of my way to buy tickets, if coldplay went, I would have done everything possible to go :P

Yeah, it's still a pretty great line-up! I'm really excited for Muse ( :dance: ) and Arcade Fire, but it all depends if I can actually go. :\

Yea she is, though im the bigger fan :P, she was actually the one that first discovered them before me lol. But the important thing is we both love their music so much :D
