I think someone owes this thread a reply. I saw them in Leeds last week and they ere fantastic, sounding excellent live. Luckily for me, they've just been announced at V too so as long as their not clashing, I'll get to see them for a second time this year.

Saw them at the Scala Wednesday night. It was BLINDING! I've done a little report. My pix are here and vids here.

Anyhoo....hmmm been meaning to keep an eye out for the new album. Is it out already Dave? How does it compare to their previous? I couldn't get excited by Strangefolk. :\

Came out this past monday, a bit more mellow than previous albums

Found it on spotify. WOW @the first track. The cello on that one! :thumbsup:

 

On track 4 and really liking it so far.

shocking is i expected they will sound so different ... good album.

The whole Britpop era, when every other song on the radio was decent, guitar music and not so much of this rubbish rn'b drivel. Summer '96 was musically perfect. :D
