So it's the end of the school year and we all get yearbooks and read the senior quotes...so my question is has anyone thought of using a Coldplay song line as their quote, or one from one of the guys....or have you actually used it or seen someone else use one? I've seen only one... "don't panic"...that was it. I'm definately going to use one for mine next year, but I don't know what.

So post some good quotes you've seen, like to see, or think would make a good quote for someone!!

haha, i was thinking the exact thing to do for my quote next year! it alternates though, sometimes it's a section to thank people in your life and sometimes it's quotes/lyrics that have inspired you.

yeah, ill have to hand in mine for my senior year book in september :cry: *SOB*..i have a million ideas going around my head. we only each get 1/9 of a page though, which is really tiny when you think about it. i want to write out the complete lyrics to the beatles' "in my life" and green day's "good riddance (time of your life)" and semisonic's "closing time", but i have a million ideas for coldplay lyrics too, specifically "you know i love you so" and some others along that line. ill get back to you when i do write it this summer.

Senior quotes in yearbooks?? Wait, I'm from the US, but we never had senior quotes!! Is it a quote that goes under your picture or something? Gee, have times changed this much since I left HS? :P

Some schools do it, some don't. We didn't have any, which I think was kind of smart, knowing half the kids I graduated with...

ok, so i handed in my senior text and will on nov.1, but alas, no coldplay. i wish i had the room to. for consolation, i didnt use any quotes, i just wrote personal messages. i can think of a million i would have used for specific people.

though my friend is making a senior movie of movie clips and photos of all of us to show at a banquet at the end of the year, and i have LOTS of music suggestions that include "yellow" and "brothers and sisters". so there might be something. knowing her, shell just tell me to eff off and use some 80s music, though.
