Rooney is still injured even if he's recovering faster than was it expected i'm not sure he'll be completely fit, Owen is after an injury so never know how fit is he, Crouch is a joke, Walcott is too young and has no international appearances...so do you really think Steve Gerrard will play a forward? :wideeyed:

We need forwards. I want Theo there but pegging our hopes on him is a task too big. Rooney is injured, he should be left for next time. No point building up a nation's hope. Bent hit 18 Premiership goals, Defoe would have if Martin Jol actually decided to give him some minutes.
