Why bother Camu. These people refuse to READ what is written.

You say you love America (who knows better than you, right?) and then you get "No you don't , you hate America...." Obviously these people know more than anyone else about everything. Including YOUR own feelings.

That's why I never get invloved in these discussions...my blood boils just reading them!!

what makes you say that I hate my country?? lol

everything you say and do on here. i dont use this lightely. i hardly never call anyone that, but in your case its true.

just because you say something doesnt mean you mean it. i can say i hate bush all i want but thats not true. your actions speak louder then words and by everything she has said it shows. hitler could claim all day he doesnt hate jews but everyone knows he did. your actions say otherwise.

I dont refuse to read whats written, i read all the anti american bullshit she has, and it shows her hatred for her own nation.

Wasn't this fucking country created for people to question authority? Created for people to speak their minds? Created for the little people to have the opportunity to fight the big people??

You fucking idiots. I can't believe the trite that has been posted in this thread. Anti-American? Because she is questioning those who rule over her and not blindly following the pack. Because she has her own convictions and isn't afraid to state them. Because she's scared where this country may be going and feels compelled to say so????????? To say that she is a bad person, and to beat her down with petty insults, THAT is anti-american.

Goddamnit, not everything is covered on CNN, MSNBC, FOX, NBC, CBS, ABC, and any other fucking network you can think of. It's a journalist code to go for the hot story and kick up the dirt. So many things could have happened that we don't know about, so who are we to say? We have not witnessed everything. We only know what they want us to, be it the government or the media. So don't give me that bullshit that it's a "rare" thing just because its the hot story right now. This will fill the media's "corrupt soldiers" quota and any other small stories will fall by the wayside. It's disgusting. It's almost like how the story in New Orleans overshadowed what happened in Mississippi at some points in the news. New Orleans wasn't even the hardest hit, but the story was there. And they all ran with it.

The story is here, and anything else is not newsworthy. Go live in Iraq, or go stay at a prison then tell me if it's a rare thing. Or if it isn't. Then I'll listen to your opinion.

Touche.

And please, by all means. Call me anti-American. I dare you to. Because I will just scoff, knowing that you are basing all of your insulting knowledge on me off of a few chance words typed into a "Quick Reply" message box.

questioning authority is good. i love people who do that. but thats not what she's doing. its far beyond that. i do not throw around the term anti american often because for me its a serious word, but when the shoe fits it i do. and in this case the shoe fits perfectly. its sad when someone hates their own country and other defend that.

you have passion ill give you that, but why use that passion to defend someone who hates their own country. she gives terrorsit a run for their money in hating the usa....im glad to say she's a minority in america but its sad their is even a few.

Prick? you're the sad person who hates your country and disgraces it because of the actions of a few and brings down all the men and women fighting because of a few bad men. its truly sad. you'd get along with alqeada you could chat about how evil america and our soldiers are. its a shame we have people like you in this nation. atleast our "Evil" soldiers are willing to still fight and die for people like you.

you love your country? then why does every word you speak talk shit about it? you do not love our nation, your actions and words prove otherwise.

this post scared me somewhat -

in Nazi Germany the citizens did not question their leaders and they were oblivious to the genocide that was occuring- they also had the mentality of "its a shame we have people like you in this nation".

and its always the same old story 'a few bad apples' how many more bad apples must be tolerated. The US has a responsibility to act out what it in turn demands of others- the US citizen has a responsibility to make sure their government is doing their job because its done in their name.

hey guys,

Im sure you all know i have very liberal views on government. I have been reading this thread, really trying not to post here, but i just felt compelled to give my two cents.

I believe in times of war..people do what they must to get the job done. Im sure they have seen horrible things that we can only imagine, and when they were ordered to do something, they did it. Their mind set is, "whatever i have to do to get out of here, is fine by me". And although i do not agree with it, i am in no place to judge them. I have never been there, how do i know i wouldnt do the same thing? Sure i wouldnt do it with my current mindset, but maybe after seeing a few of my buddies getting blown to pieces by a car bomb, i might change my thinking a little.

Basically, im not condoning what these soldiers did, in fact i didnt even read the story because they are all the same. This kind of stuff has happened in EVERY war since the beginning of time. Its just that, in every other war, the news wasnt readily available. Thats why Vietnam became so unpopular, because people could finally see what was going on (first real battlefield reporting). Now that we can see it, it is frowned upon more.

Im sure that the soldiers in question here, did something wrong, but im not going to get into that because it is not my decision.

On the basis of patriotism, i consider myself a very proud american. I believe in democracy and i believe in everything my fore-fathers fought to build. I do not consider liberalism, or anti-war outlooks to be unpatriotic. And i honestly find it horrible for one side to call the other side unpatriotic for not supporting certain hot issues. (btw not pointing at anyone here, but pointing at alot of the insults thrown around in the immediate aftermath of the invasion of Iraq) I was disgusted when the right was calling the left and anti-war supporters Anti american just because they did not agree.

Im gonna stop now so i can rest a bit! haha

"you have passion ill give you that, but why use that passion to defend someone who hates their own country. she gives terrorsit a run for their money in hating the usa....im glad to say she's a minority in america but its sad their is even a few."

that is a really horrible thing to say. Terrorists HATE America, for various reasons, they go as far as to kill innocent Americans. Thier hate for us is unrivaled. And to call a fellow citizen things like that, and to accuse then of hating the USA as much as those people, is just baffling.

what scared you? thats its good to question your nation? i know all about germany and ww2. from military leaders ,to politics to what tactics germany used. you're preaching to the choir. remember i said its very good to question your nation. i dont see how that scared you.

like i said this is a strong word that shouldnt be used lightly or thrown around and i dont hardly ever use it. but when the shoe fits.

its true though. thats the truly sad part. she has a hatred for our nation that can match those of the terrorist. holding your nation accountable and questioning it is good, its what americans should do, and i encourage everyone to do such a thing. but she takes it WAY past that into extreme american hating. theres a huge line between questioning your goverment and liberal views and her hating of america. its a sad thing .

how exactly does one see actions via the internet??

by every fuckign post you make, by the opinions you share that are steady in your anti americanism. you can say you are not, but there about 1000 post saying otherwise.

Dude, I have to give you a compliment. You are AMAZING at picking out terrorists!!!! You should be heading the field on this sort of thing. It is truly revolutionary. Bloody hell! You can pick out a terrorists by a few thousand posts on a Coldplay fan messageboard!!! Seriously, those terrorists are lurking everywhere and it's about time someone realizes this. No Coldplay political DISCUSSION board is safe with these un-American, baby raping, town pillaging, mother fucking terrorists lurking around. They may pretend to stalk Interpol, but really they stalk your grandmother while she walks down the street to get the milk in the morning.

I do say, my good friend! You are a bloody genius and deserve a medal. By pointing out Camille's terrorism to me you have secured my freedom and worth. Thank you so much.

But can you exactly point out to me what deemed this labeling necessary? Of course! I completely agree with your sentiment! Camille is a TERRORIST and should be BURNED (or put in Gitmo, same thing really). However, how will one find internet terrorists in the future? Are they all liberal queers? Or just from New York City? OH! I REALIZE NOW! It has just occured to me HOW you reached this verdict!

Someone has to be a terrorist to have posted 1000 messages that oppose your own personal viewpoint on the world.

Thanks so much for clearing this up. I am also pleased that you enjoy my "pluck", if you will. It's good to know someone does in this terrorist-raped world!

Dude, this is really bordering on verbal abuse. Tone it down.

I think you're the only who thinks so.... lol Please prove me wrong and post the links where I have done so.. if you can't be arsed into doing so.. then I think its quite clear who the liar is....

lmfao, I wouldn't expect them to. Got to keep the mentality up that all's going well, and always will! It wouldn't be great to demonize the military at this point in time, when they're always speaking so highly of them. I highly doubt they will ever speak about this.

I've noticed almost every single "discussion" in this area turns into a full blown attack on someone else's POINT OF VIEW. I directly associate all of this with mrcool. And I'm getting tired of it. Every. Single. Time. someone holds an opposing view in relation to his own, they automatically have to be on the defensive, because oh joy! Here come the insults! He should never join debate club, poor boy. This is not how it's done in the real world. Too bad people can get away with things on the internet that they could never do in real life. Frankly, if someone called me unamerican to my face I would laugh and fucking hit them. He's lucky this is just a messageboard.

However, it's killing all of the debate and I'm getting tired of it.

hundreds of your post say otherwise.

Dude, you're killing me here. First it's thousands, now it's hundreds? What next? First it's a rare thing for soldiers to do things out of line, next it's they do it every day???

If I don't say so myself, you're turning into a liberal wishy-washy pussy.

^ thanks for the link hotstuff....(oops that was meant for Mr, McCaCa)

an_cat- it really sucks that this has gone down this way.... at a time when the country should be united now more than ever... this type of shit is exactly what they want.... to keep us seperated and distracted.... ignoring what we have here at home...

If only this administration wasn't so bad at lying to the people.. we would all be one big happily blind family.

Amen to that. It's so frustrating. I know that everyone will NEVER come completely together, too many things that are out of our hands get in the way of that. However, I just wish people were more civilized towards each other. Treated each other like real human beings, not emotional punching bags. This is such a tired cliche, but why can't everyone just agree to disagree and let the debate form (or die) from there....

hey now' date=' im liberal! :shocked2::dozey::laugh3:[/quote']

PUSSY!!!!!!!!!!!
