Greenhouse effect is a myth, say scientists

Research said to prove that greenhouse gases cause climate change has been condemned as a sham by scientists.

 

A United Nations report earlier this year said humans are very likely to be to blame for global warming and there is "virtually no doubt" it is linked to man's use of fossil fuels.

 

But other climate experts say there is little scientific evidence to support the theory.

 

In fact global warming could be caused by increased solar activity such as a massive eruption.

 

Their argument will be outlined on Channel 4 this Thursday in a programme called The Great Global Warming Swindle raising major questions about some of the evidence used for global warming.

 

Ice core samples from Antarctica have been used as proof of how warming over the centuries has been accompanied by raised CO2 levels.

 

But Professor Ian Clark, an expert in palaeoclimatology from the University of Ottawa, claims that warmer periods of the Earth's history came around 800 years before rises in carbon dioxide levels.

 

The programme also highlights how, after the Second World War, there was a huge surge in carbon dioxide emissions, yet global temperatures fell for four decades after 1940.

 

The UN report by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change was published in February. At the time it was promoted as being backed by more than 2,000 of the world's leading scientists.

 

But Professor Paul Reiter, of the Pasteur Institute in Paris, said it was a "sham" given that this list included the names of scientists who disagreed with its findings.

 

Professor Reiter, an expert in malaria, said his name was removed from an assessment only when he threatened legal action against the panel.

 

"That is how they make it seem that all the top scientists are agreed," he said. "It's not true."

 

Gary Calder, a former editor of New Scientist, claims clouds and solar activity are the real reason behind climate change.

 

"The government's chief scientific adviser Sir David King is supposed to be the representative of all that is good in British science, so it is disturbing he and the government are ignoring a raft of evidence against the greenhouse effect being the main driver against climate change," he said.

 

Philip Stott, emeritus professor of biogeography at the School of Oriental and African Studies in London, said climate change is too complicated to be caused by just one factor, whether CO2 or clouds.

 

He said: "The system is too complex to say exactly what the effect of cutting back on CO2 production would be or indeed of continuing to produce CO2.

 

"It is ridiculous to see politicians arguing over whether they will allow the global temperature to rise by 2c or 3c."

 

The documentary is likely to spark fierce criticism from the 'scientific' establishment.

Simultaneous warming on Earth and Mars suggests that our planet's recent climate changes have a natural—and not a human- induced—cause, according to one scientist's controversial theory.

Earth is currently experiencing rapid warming, which the vast majority of climate scientists says is due to humans pumping huge amounts of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere.

Mars, too, appears to be enjoying more mild and balmy temperatures.

 

In 2005 data from NASA's Mars Global Surveyor and Odyssey missions revealed that the carbon dioxide "ice caps" near Mars's south pole had been diminishing for three summers in a row.

 

Habibullo Abdussamatov, head of the St. Petersburg's Pulkovo Astronomical Observatory in Russia, says the Mars data is evidence that the current global warming on Earth is being caused by changes in the sun.

 

"The long-term increase in solar irradiance is heating both Earth and Mars," he said.

 

Solar Cycles

 

Abdussamatov believes that changes in the sun's heat output can account for almost all the climate changes we see on both planets.

 

Mars and Earth, for instance, have experienced periodic ice ages throughout their histories.

 

"Man-made greenhouse warming has made a small contribution to the warming seen on Earth in recent years, but it cannot compete with the increase in solar irradiance," Abdussamatov said.

 

By studying fluctuations in the warmth of the sun, Abdussamatov believes he can see a pattern that fits with the ups and downs in climate we see on Earth and Mars.

 

Abdussamatov's work, however, has not been well received by other climate scientists.

As with so many other topics, any viewpoint that does not agree with the "mainstream" views is snuffed by the mainstream media. We can find many credible scientists that are not very concerned about human-induced global warming. They may agree that there is some global warming and that part of it could be from industrial emissions; however, they may not feel it is such an urgent issue. Instead of following the data, which there is certainly not enough of both temporally and geographically to make a firm conclusion, let us generate some alternate understanding of our comprehension and ability to predict the future.

 

Look at the North American jet stream. It currently flows from west to east and dips and twists across the continent. A little more or less fluctuation has a pronounced effect on the climate including variations in temperature in the tens of degrees and not in fractions as postulated by "global warming". Now, consider how long the continent has supported humans – thousands of years at a minimum. How long have humans known of the jet stream and how much comprehensive data do we have on its behavior? Not very much. What causes the flow of the stream? No conclusive data exists. We can conceive that the rotation of the Earth, gravitational pull of the moon and tides and water currents all affect its flow. Certainly a volcanic eruption or other massive natural event will alter its course. Now how do we know the thing will continue to flow from west to east? Maybe the atmosphere will spontaneously and ever-dynamically rearrange so that it flows more from north to south or south to north or even east to west. It is not at all impossible to imagine. Obviously the climate would change drastically, orders of magnitude above what is predicted by the "warmers".

 

Let us not ignore the fact that man, with his ever-amazing wisdom and instinct for self-preservation, has polluted this globe. It is a shame of course, but not a definitive cause of global warming (if it does in fact exist). The planet is highly dynamic and self-regulating. How can the "experts" who can barely tell you the temperature for tomorrow within a few degrees or the amount of precipitation within an inch be able to predict a fraction of a degree in a decade? Averages? What fraction of the Earth’s area is computed in those averages? A very small amount. Maybe if we measured 100 times as many geographic points, the data would show a global cooling. It happens over periods of 10,000s of years anyway. Glaciers were in the Southeastern USA. It is not logical to give merit to the warming predictions. And do not confuse the political scientists by giving them all the facts, they have already made up their minds, and their conclusions will bring them fortune and fame. Just look at Al Gore’s Oscar! Hollywood has become both honest and sincere (NOT).

 

The main point is that it is important to collect as much of the available facts as possible before making any conclusions about a phenomenon. Listening to Al Gore or the mainstream media will certainly lead most to believe we are doomed by our own actions. Considering only the opposition will determine that there is nothing to worry about. However, if both arguments are considered objectively, one might conclude that there is no overwhelming evidence either way about man-made global warming. And that man’s contribution to climate can be snuffed in no time by Mother Nature herself. In fact, the planet has hosted a plethora of species that have come and gone as a result of natural weather deviations. Life goes on and the world adapts as it would with or without any contribution from Homo sapiens. The fallacy widely accepted up until the 1600s was that the Earth is the center of the universe and the latter revolves around the former. This same ignorance leads people today to still believe that the Earth was made for man and he is its master. Anyone who has experienced a tornado or earthquake or hurricane or tsunami might question this. Mark Twain said that if the Earth were the Eiffel Tower, man would be the top coat of paint at the very tip. We need to put things in perspective. It gives a warm feeling to accept Hollywood’s depiction of global warming and its noble efforts to save us all from ourselves – this echoes big brother’s intents exactly. And the Oscars went green! How many of the stars walked or rode the bus or their bicycles instead of taking limos or Hummers? Have a look at their electric bills. It is reminiscent of Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh who collected the fortunes of educated and affluent people on the belief that material possessions were evil, yet he had fleets of private jets and Rolls Royce cars. How many actors or politicians or academics would be willing to give up their comforts and live in rustic cabins to save the human race? Who in Hollywood is ever concerned with the facts, other than in their own financial and career advancements?

 

We will never become enlightened and free to experience life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness until we learn to think for ourselves and reject the sensational generalizations of the ruling class. Thomas Jefferson said, "Educate and inform the whole mass of the people... They are the only sure reliance for the preservation of our liberty." Americans of all sects should learn about the logical thought process and the scientific method. It will help in all aspects of life and lead to a real understanding of the world. And then maybe we can pull together and fix the true problems that we face. It is unlikely that our "leaders" will solve these problems; it is their mindset that created them.

Here is an undeniable scientific truth: The volume of the water that is produced when ice melts is exactly equal to the volume of the water that the ice displaced, when it was floating. Water expands when it freezes into ice. That is why freezing pipes break. That is why ice floats on top of water.

 

If every iceberg in the world were to melt, the level of the ocean would not go up by one inch, or by one millimeter. If every iceberg in the world were to melt, the level of the ocean would not go up at all.

 

There is no land at the North Pole. There is land at the South Pole. The surface area of the oceans is many times as large as the surface of the land which contains ice. If all of the ice that is on land was to melt, this would make almost no difference in the level of the ocean.

 

Carbon dioxide is to a plant what oxygen is to an animal. More carbon dioxide means that plants grow better and faster. When plants grow better and faster, the total amount of plant matter increases. Increases in the amount of plant matter cause more consumption of carbon dioxide. More consumption of carbon dioxide lowers the level of carbon dioxide.

 

New ozone is continuously produced, at an incredible rate, by sunlight passing through air.

 

Ozone is continuously decomposing back into oxygen, no matter what man does. The natural production and decomposition of ozone is so large that mankind could not change this balance of nature if he wanted to do so. Halogenated hydrocarbons would be destroyed by contact with ozone, but halogenated hydrocarbons are heavier than air, and do not go up to the ozone layer. Mankind has never produce enough halogenated hydrocarbons to have any effect at all on the total amount of ozone. Ozone fluctuations are results of the cycles of the sun.

 

These cycles have been occurring since the beginning of Earth. Every species that is still here is one that has been able to adapt and to survive them. The equilibriums of nature are more powerful than anything that man can do. Trying to shift any of the equilibriums of nature would be like trying to make an ocean have two different water levels.

 

Government uses a lack of understanding of basic science on the part of the public to increase its own power by convincing people that they are in danger, and that they can only be saved by letting the government institute more controls.

 

In short, nature regulates itself. Government could never regulate nature. But it can regulate people.

Im not sure about all these theores of global warming anymore.

up until now I was pretty much certain that Global Warming had been caused by human beings, now I don't know what to think.

 

I would give these theories time though. more expertiments need to be carried out if they want anyone to listen.

According to a group of scientists brought together by documentary-maker Martin Durkin, if the planet is heating up, it isn't your fault and there's nothing you can do about it. We've almost begun to take it for granted that climate change is a man-made phenomenon. But just as the environmental lobby think they've got our attention, a group of naysayers have emerged to slay the whole premise of global warming.

I must say, after watching this on telly a few days ago, i am questioning what i previously believed. I'm no expert, so i don't know if they have distorted facts or if it's all or partly true.

However one thing the program didn't sway me on is; reducing my carbon footprint anyway. Me changing the way i, myself, live will not be doing anything to keep poor people poor.

Well, that's the thing....people can reduce their carbon footprint all they want....people can be as 'green' as they wish and I am ALL for discontinuing the use of many harmful chemicals that are present in many area's of our lives......BUT....we should not be made to pay huge taxes and completely change our way of life (in terms of carbon) when it's down to pure lies and distortions.

 

The complete list of lies we are being told about "the end of the world" that is down to carbon output by humans is a fraud, pure and simple. I've been aware of this for a long time now and this documentary addresses many of the main issues but it does not fully discuss the more sinister reasons behind the lies. It's all about manipulation of our lives again, it's always about that.

 

We (and people like me) are not about being anti-green with this issue....it's about anti-lies.......Lies that have been cleverly spun for a long time now and that are now deep within us from childhood.

 

Our world IS heating up - but so is every other planet in our solar system. And that is not down to human activity. Our Sun is cause and it's amazing how many professors have been bought off by our corrupt government’s lobbyists and submitted to signing off on false information - and also many could not have their names removed from reports, even after requests - and had to fight through the courts to achieve their signature removal.

 

Questioning the global warming issue and motives behind it has indeed become comparable to holocaust denial. You seen as an enemy of the human race - just think about that.......how did we let this happen?

 

So we need to get smart on this and not be taken for a ride, again.

No one wants to be taken for a ride, but there's not a whole lot anyone can do about it at the minute. The theory is too deep rooted in society. Many take it as fact (it's certainly been drummed into my head most of my life). With global government backing as well as media spin, any doubters will just be dismissed, although the channel4 programme may have forced people to challenge the views they have always had/been told. For me, it seems like one of those situations where i'm not sure who to believe.

Sadly, corrupt scientists are just part of the world we live in, (like those ones that try to sell us the latest shampoo :rolleyes:)

Invoking September 11 has officially been succeeded by a new mantra and an excuse for the state to unleash a fresh tyranny no matter how offensive and damaging to individual liberty it may be. Global warming has replaced 9/11 as the justification to do anything!

 

The bellicose denouncement of global warming skeptics (that is skeptics of the man-made explanation) and their tarring as being

akin to holocaust deniers, is beginning to mirror what happened after 9/11, when anyone who criticized Bush's agenda was lambasted as a traitor, a terrorist sympathizer, and completely divorced from the political mainstream.

Simply evoking the menace of global warming has become the government's justification to do anything!

 

Politicians are professional liars, they make careers out of deceiving people and twisting reality to fit pre-conceived agendas, yet a cascade of otherwise rationally minded people are eager to blindly trust everything they have to say about climate change, no matter how delusional it sounds.

 

They are also willing to comply with the ridiculous overbearing "solutions" to climate change that will just coincidentally restrict mobility and freedom of travel, regulate personal behavior, empower and expand global government and reinvigorate the surveillance state - everything Big Brother ever wanted - but surely they wouldn't lie to us about global warming to achieve it, would they?

 

What is more dangerous? A temperature fluctuation that has been mirrored and exceeded ten times in the last thousand years alone without any lasting impact on the eco-system, or an excuse for western governments to tighten the shackles of fascism around our ankles in the name of saving the planet?

 

Has not recent history alone offered proof in triplicate that governments exploit, hype and engender hysteria about monsters under the bed that the state itself has manufactured?

 

Why should we believe them this time?

 

If western governments were really concerned about climate change then they would be offering us incentives not punishments for reducing CO2 emissions in the form of tax breaks. But tax breaks aren't a giant cash bonanza for our exalted guardians of Mother Earth, the loving government, who are going to tax the living hell out of us for our own good and for the very survival of mankind, while lining their own pockets.

New developments this week conclusively betray the fact that global warming is a creature of Big Brother and it is being used to eliminate whatever shreds of personal liberty we have left.

 

- Britain's next Bilderberg-appointed Prime Minister Gordon Brown

says we need a "new world order" to combat climate change.

 

- The EU has decided to ban conventional light bulbs in every British home by 2009. So-called energy saving bulbs

don't actually save much energy and contain toxic waste banned by the EU itself, but let's not start asking any difficult questions about that. Such an absurd mandate is obviously impossible to properly enforce so expect to see a tax on dirty evil light bulbs and regular home inspections by wardens (contracted out to electric companies and meter readers) of the state to check on Winston Smith's compliance with green law.

 

- Since humans produce carbon dioxide by breathing, surely the sensible thing to do would be to tax the air we breathe? There's actually a discussion of it. The New York Times ran an editorial last week

calling on the government to impose a carbon tax on humans for the air we breathe!

 

Taxing the air we breathe! Can we now not agree that hysterical control freaks have seized the reigns of the global warming debate?

 

The idea of taxing the air we breathe has for decades been a satirical allegory of government control but now it's becoming a reality, because global warming is the new justification to do anything!

 

Global warming also acts as a convenient veil for the real environmental crimes that will continue on behalf of the mega corporations and scientific establishment that are in bed with the very government imposing draconian measures on us in the name of the environment. While we are forced to subsidize our own air supply, GM contamination, toxic waste dumping, bizarre cloning mad science, and the destruction of the rain forests will continue apace while we are still being lectured about light bulbs and beer bottles.

 

There's no time left for a debate they tell us - we don't want to hear about the medieval warm period, we don't want to hear about how temperatures dropped as carbon emissions increased for four decades from the 40's to the 80's, we don't want to hear about how the troposphere shows no build up of greenhouse gases, we don't want to hear about sun activity and its direct correlation with climate change, we don't want to hear about arctic ice samples showing how CO2 lags behind temperature increase - because global warming is our justification to do anything and we are going to do it whether you like it or not!

I read somewhere, that if the United Kingdom disappeared, the short-fall of 'greenhouse' gases will be taken back up within 18 months.

 

And why are people going on about CO2, Methane is 4 times more dangerous, and it's cows that produce it.

Well, Climate Change IS for real.....it's just not down to human activity.

I've been trying to tell many people about this for a few years now and it seems the only way many people wake up to this is by seeing a TV programme.

 

Which is good in one respect because the "man made" global warming scam is true....BUT it's also bad because 'Programmed TV' is filled with lies - so large amounts of people would rather believe their TV than actually reading in depth documents about very important issues.....and it's pretty amazing that this Documentary was so truthful - this is really quite rare in this day and age - but I guess for TV as it stands today it must at least present the alternative view fairly at some point, otherwise TV's credibility would sink to an even deeper low. I guess it's sort of damage control in many respects.

 

But still, I recommend that everyone learn about the global warming fraud and the HUGE amount of areas in life that will be affected because of the scam. (I guess large TAXES and FINES are pretty much the more obvious ones....taxes for no reason, based on pure lies)

Yes, that indeed is correct.

 

Evaporation from the Sea and Volcano activity are responsible for most of the CO2 in our atmosphere.

 

So - Human activity is causing no dangerous changes in our climates CO2 but we are being force fed the notion that if we don't act now then we are going to be in serious trouble...??

 

Now, the fact that we (humans) contribute less than a single percent towards "global warming" or climate change means using the logic or lies told to us about CO2 emissions being disastrous, one medium-small volcanic eruption would eclipse human output of C02 and cause us to move significantly closer to global peril.

 

But we see volcanic eruptions quite often and many, many active volcanoes emit gases ALL year round.......yet we never hear about how our 0.3% is not even worth talking about compared to other CO2 outputs.

The religion of man-made global warming has encountered a fierce backlash in recent weeks, partly as a result of Martin Durkin's excellent "Swindle" documentary, but also as a consequence of the sheer hysteria warming advocates are forced to attach their argument to when self-evident facts are in short supply.

 

A case in point was presidential candidate John Edward's screed last week, in which he said that global warming would make world war look like heaven. It being highly unlikely that Edwards fought in either of last century's world wars, he can only be fixing his premonition around an expected casualty figure of over 19 million human deaths as a result of a short term temperature increase.

 

The ironic truth, as highlighted in the "Swindle" documentary, is that Western enforced caps on carbon emissions, which are uniformly ignored by India and China, are preventing poverty stricken third world nations from achieving development by cutting off access to their huge natural resources. The measures employed to supposedly fight the negative impact of man-made global warming are in fact inflicting more death and disease on those already ravaged by famine and squalor.

 

Martin Durkin left a sufficient gap between his documentary and his next public statement to allow the frothing and maniacal vitriol to spew forth from the establishment left, aghast that their precious belief system had been challenged by sober evidence impenetrable by public relations stunts, rock concerts and photos of polar bears supposedly stranded on icebergs.

His response, carried by the Telegraph, noted with surprise not the volume of the attacks but their consistently feeble premise, including charges that Durkin had used an incorrect temperature graph when the program used the same one as the darlings of the climate cult, the IPCC.

 

"Too many journalists and scientists have built their careers on the global-warming alarm. Certain newspapers have staked their reputation on it. The death of this theory will be painful and ugly. But it will die. Because it is wrong, wrong, wrong," concludes Durkin.

 

Another would-be President and establishment kingpin of the man-made circus, Al Gore, today appears before the Energy and Commerce Committee on Capitol Hill to make his case for further control freak measures to be clamped on our behavior in the name of saving mother earth.

 

 

Gore will face some very interesting questions and his reaction will go a long way to judging the real agenda behind the climate crowd.

 

"How can you continue to claim that global warming on Earth is primarily caused by mankind when other planets (Mars, Jupiter and Pluto) with no confirmed life forms and certainly no man-made industrial greenhouse gas emissions also show signs of global warming? Wouldn’t it make more sense that the sun is responsible for warming since it is the common denominator?"

 

"Do you think the earth is significantly overpopulated and that is a major contributor to your view of climate change. (If yes, what do you think is a sustainable population for the planet?)"

 

 

 

Gore is likely to try and evade the second question because any specific response will put him firmly in the same camp as the Dr. Pianka's of the world, who have openly advocated genocide to forcibly reduce world's population to a fraction of its current level.

 

The orthodoxy took another blow over the weekend when two of its own adherents, Professors Paul Hardaker and Chris Collier, warned their own choir to stop preaching doomsday scenarios about global warming, recognizing that the hysteria has eroded a lot of credibility the man-made camp had built.

 

This admonition came too late because the fallacy of man-made global warming is already running out of steam for two reasons. One - the hysteria will only get louder because man-made advocates have a dearth of facts to base their alarmism on and always have to resort to fearmongering. Two - as we progress further into the 21st century and the much vaunted eco-apocalypse never arrives, the alarmists will begin to look increasingly stupid and untrustworthy.

 

It is at this point that man-made global warming will hold as much legitimacy as the 1970's global cooling scare does in hindsight, absolutely zero.

Al Gore has been challenged to an internationally televised debate on "climate change" by Lord Christopher Monckton, a policy adviser to Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher during her leadership of the United Kingdom.

 

In a formal press release from the Center for Science and Public Policy, Lord Monckton has thrown down the gauntlet to challenge Gore to what he terms "the Second Great Debate," an internationally televised, head-to-head, nation-unto-nation confrontation on the question, "That our effect on climate is not dangerous."

 

Monckton said, "A careful study of the substantial corpus of peer-reviewed science reveals that Mr. Gore's film, "An Inconvenient Truth," is a foofaraw of pseudo-science, exaggerations, and errors, now being peddled to innocent schoolchildren worldwide."

 

Monckton and Gore have once before clashed head-to-head on the science, politics, and religion of global warming in pages of the London Sunday Telegraph last November.

 

As reported by NewsMax in November 2006, Monckton challenged a U.N. report on climate change as "hysteria" over manmade global warming that distorts the truth.

 

A U.N. report in 1996 "showed a 1,000-year graph demonstrating that temperature in the Middle Ages was warmer than today," Monckton writes in the Sunday Telegraph.

 

"But the 2001 report contained a new graph showing no medieval warm period. It wrongly concluded that the 20th century was the warmest for 1,000 years . . .

"Scores of scientific papers show that the medieval warm period was real, global and up to [5 degrees Fahrenheit] warmer than now.

 

"Then, there were no glaciers in the tropical Andes; today they're there. There were Viking farms in Greenland; now they're under permafrost. There was little ice at the North Pole – a Chinese naval squadron sailed right around the Arctic in 1421 and found none."

 

Monckton also writes that Antarctica has cooled and gained ice-mass in the past 30 years, and the oceans have cooled sharply in the past two years.

 

In his most recent challenge to Gore, Monckton calls on the former vice president to "step up to the plate and defend his advocacy of policies that could do grave harm to the welfare of the world's poor.

 

"If Mr. Gore really believes global warming is the defining issue of our time, the greatest threat human civilization has ever faced, then he should welcome the opportunity to raise the profile of the issue before a worldwide audience of billions by defining and defending his claims against a serious, science-based challenge."

A common charge leveled against those who question the official orthodoxy of the global warming religion is that they are acting as stooges for the western establishment and big business interests. If this is the case, then why do the high priests of the elite and kingpin oil men continue to fan the flames of global warming hysteria?

 

The Trilateral Commission, one of the three pillars of the New World Order in alliance with Bilderberg and the CFR, met last week in near secrecy to formulate policy on how best they could exploit global warming fearmongering to ratchet up taxes and control over how westerners live their lives.

 

At the confab, European Chairman of the Trilateral Commission, Bilderberger and chairman of British Petroleum Peter Sutherland (pictured top), gave a speech to his elitist cohorts in which he issued a "Universal battle cry arose for the world to address “global warming” with a single voice."

 

Echoing this sentiment was General Lord Guthrie, director of N.M. Rothschild & Sons, member of the House of Lords and former chief of the Defense Staff in London, who urged the Trilateral power-brokers to "Address the global climate crisis with a single voice, and impose rules that apply worldwide."

 

Allegations that skeptics of the man-made explanation behind global warming are somehow doing the bidding of the elite are laughable in the face of the fact that Rothschild operatives and the very chairman of British Petroleum are the ones orchestrating an elitist plan to push global warming fears in order to achieve political objectives.

 

We have a similar situation to the Peak Oil scam, which was created by the oil industry as a profit boon to promote artificial scarcity, and yet is parroted by environmentalists who grandstand as if they are in opposition to the oil companies.

 

In his excellent article, Global warming hysteria serves as excuse for world government, Daniel Taylor outlines how the exploitation of the natural phenomenon of "global warming" was a pet project of the Club of Rome and the CFR.

 

 

"In a report titled "The First Global Revolution" (1991) published by the Club of Rome, a globalist think tank, we find the following statement:

"In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill.... All these dangers are caused by human intervention... The real enemy, then, is humanity itself."

 

 

"Richard Haass, the current president of the Council on Foreign Relations, stated in his article "State sovereignty must be altered in globalized era," that a system of world government must be created and sovereignty eliminated in order to fight global warming, as well as terrorism. "Moreover, states must be prepared to cede some sovereignty to world bodies if the international system is to function," says Haass. "Globalization thus implies that sovereignty is not only becoming weaker in reality, but that it needs to become weaker. Taylor also points out future British Prime Minister Gordon Brown's admonishment that only a "new world order" (world government) can help fight global warming.

 

Other attendees at the recent Trilateral meeting raised the specter of climate change as a tool to force through tax hikes.

 

Calling on the United States government to adopt a "carbon monoxide control policy," former CIA boss and long term champion of creating a domestic intelligence agency to spy on Americans John Deutch, argued that America should impose a $1-pergallon increase in the gasoline tax under the pretext of fighting pollution.

 

The lapdog media have proven adept in the past at taking their orders from the elitists in pushing higher taxes in the name of saving the environment.

 

"When the TC called on the United States to increase gas taxes by 10 cents at a meeting in Tokyo in 1991, The Washington Post, which is always represented at TC and Bilderberg meetings, called for such an increase in an editorial the following day," reports Jim Tucker.

 

Tucker writes that an essential means of achieving global government by consent over conquest, as has long been the ultimate goal of the elite, is by "fanning public hysteria" over climate change, encouraging further integration by forcing countries to adhere to international law on global warming. Such restrictions have prevented the development of third world nations and directly contributed to poverty, disease and squalor by essentially keeping them at a stone age level of progress, as is documented in The Great Global Warming Swindle documentary.

 

People who still trust the platitudes of politicians and elitists who implore us to change our way of life, cough up more tax money, and get on board with the global warming religion save being linked with Holocaust denial, are as deluded and enslaved as the tribes of Mesoamerica who, unaware of the natural phenomenon of a solar eclipse, thought their high priests could make the sky snake eat the Sun, and therefore obeyed their every demand.

 

Globalists love global warming! Oil industry kingpins, Bilderbergers and Rothschild minions have all put their weight behind it. Seven huge stadium concerts are to be held around the world this Summer in aid of raising awareness to combat climate change despite the fact that the science of man made global warming is still very much up for debate and the facts used to support the theory are highly questionable at best.

 

"Live Earth" shows, organised by Al Gore, to take place around the world on 7 July are being billed as "the largest musical event in world history and the beginning of the biggest change we've ever had to make," according to Gore.

 

Following the model Bob Geldof used for his anti-poverty Live 8 gigs in 2005, Live Earth will be held in Johannesburg, London, New Jersey, Rio de Janeiro, Shanghai, Sydney and Tokyo.

 

 

 

The much vaunted Live 8 and 'Make Poverty History' campaigns in 2005, were tellingly co-opted by controlling corporate interests and did little if nothing to help worldwide suffering.

 

Although they may have started out as serious attempts to bring about change, these celebrity sideshows serve as nothing more than feel-good get togethers that always end up as watered down mass marketed cultural comfort.

 

Why should we expect such an event to do anything to aid climate change or the debate surrounding it?

 

We have consistently pushed for a real debate on global warming and frequently presented the evidence of scientists who suggest it is not caused by human activity. We have covered the fact that there is global warming on every planet in the solar system.

 

The jury is no where near out within the scientific community on this issue, yet environmental obsessives would have us believe that every single scientist in the world is screaming that we're all going to die because of our cars.

 

Ridiculous notions are beginning to emerge that show global warming is being used as a justification for anything. An article in today's Scotsman suggests that "experts" believe global warming is to blame for a rise in street crime. Another article suggests that global warming will lead countries to go to war.

 

And what is the proposed solution?

 

Since humans produce carbon dioxide by breathing, surely the sensible thing to do would be to tax the air we breathe? There's actually a discussion of it. The New York Times ran an editorial recently calling on the government to impose a carbon tax on humans for the air we breathe!

Taxing the air we breathe! Can we now not agree that hysterical control freaks have seized the reigns of the global warming debate?

 

The idea of taxing the air we breathe has for decades been a satirical allegory of government control but now it's becoming a reality, because global warming is the new justification to do anything!

 

Is it possible that exaggerated theories of climate change are being promulgated by global bodies such as the UN and the Trilateral Commission in order that they may more easily implement systems of global control that will only benefit their elitist strategy?

 

Doom and gloom merchants rubbish this and inevitably shy away from debate, labeling anyone who questions man made global warming a "denier", a "conspiracist", or an "apologiser for big business and the oil cartels", completely ignoring the fact that the high priests of the elite and kingpin oil men are the ones fanning the flames of global warming hysteria.

 

 

Is this the example that Live Earth will set to the watching billions? Furthermore, is it really sensible to hold seven gigantic rock concerts in order to promote energy conservation? Heck, why not let global warming experts John Travolta and Prince Charles jet in on one of their many private jets in order to tell everyone that very soon they will never be able to fly again?

 

Will we once again witness embarrassing amounts of people wearing ridiculous fashion wristbands, this time saying "make global warming history", whilst jumping around listening to Madonna wail on about something she knows absolutely nothing about, thus justifying her use of the words "like" and "fuck" in every single sentence?

 

Whilst every sycophantic attention seeking pop star on the planet is clamouring to be on the stage to once again "save the world" the sad reality of the situation is that the facts are being lost in a frothing and frantic atmosphere of hype.

 

The culmination of this will be the coming together of every famous name under the Sun this summer, making fighting man made global warming and the proposed "solutions" (ie more tax and restriction of movement) cool.

 

Anyone who challenges the science in an effort to debate the proposed solutions will not only be lambasted by the left leaning media and the politically correct crowd, but will also face the wrath of every rabid fan of whichever vacuous celebrity has contributed to this huge sideshow bandwagon.

 

The only change these concerts will foment will be to aid a total shutdown of any dissenting voice on the issue and to aid the total implementation of any legislation that cites man made global warming as reason for its existence.

The interviewer throws facts at them to which their only response is empty rhetoric and attacking the messenger. If these two are the leading torch bearers for the man-made global warming hoax then it's in serious trouble.

 

Last week, singer Sheryl Crow demanded that we all use one square of toilet paper per bathroom visit to help save the planet. Shortly after these ridiculous comments, the Smoking Gun website uncovered documents showing Crow's touring requirements, which include three tractor trailers, four buses and six cars. I don't even drive a car, so to be lectured about what I can and can't do after I take a shit is a bit rich coming from someone whose "carbon footprint" is bigger than King Kong's treads.
