Shes from the Wirrel I think (spelling?) which is between Liverpool, Manchester and Wales oddly. I think shes nearest to Liverpool though.

No! If you look at it how I saw it, it looked like her right arm was folded across her stomach, and an arm wearing a green coat was out infront of her. When really it was just an illusion, as the 'green coat' arm was just a green shirt hanging from the radiator.

 

I thought there was a guy somehow behind her hahaha

Basically, it just looked to me like there was a floating arm infront of her body.

 

I tried to look at it that way but it didn't work :laugh2:

Hahaha I was looking at this thing for like 2 hours in absolute amazement. I kept laughing and thinking I was going crazy.

No, it's her right arm, her left arm will be swinging behind her head. The green coat is hanging on the radiator in the background and how can you tell that's a watch? it could just be a bangle or something.
