Yes. all alcohol does, execpt every once in awhile it makes me depressed, it makes me more social and happy and more myself. all it does for me is take away my shyness. im pretty much the same person drunk as i am sober, the only difference is im less shy. but anyways i guess for most people drinking would be a bad idea.

I think in general it's far more sensible to imbibe alcohol if you're in a good mood than if you're on a "downer", as if you're depressed it will only make you feel even more so...............................

I'm also depressed sometimes and alcohol doesn't make me fell better......

well more often wheni feel like this and dont or cant get any booze, which is often, i go down by my favorite lake and listen to music as the sun goes down. i think it would help alot of people to do something like that.
