Its not as hard as it sounds, you cant keep pumping away like a madman, because that does no good anyway (Once you break it in (haha what awful imagery there) theres no place left to go). You have to pace yourself, start off reaaal slow, so that that the actual penetration feels like something important and meaningful.

 

After a few minutes of getting settled in there, its about building up to a faster pace, and then slowing it down, and then building it up again, and slowing down, down... and "repeat" (obviously not making it repetitive) until you want to finish the whole deal, and thats where the madman banging comes in.
