September 13, 200619 yr This is the smallest band I could find!:P KISS tribute bands get a little testy The heavy metal band KISS has spawned a small army of tribute bands. A battle of bantam-sized KISS tribute bands has turned into an international verbal smackdown. Mini-KISS, an all-dwarf band out of New York, has filed a cease-and-desist order against Las Vegas-based Tiny KISS over who owns the tribute band concept. If that's the case, it's been a colossal coup. The story made headlines in New York and the Los Angeles Times and has been mentioned on the British Broadcasting Co. and national TV, including a Tiny KISS appearance Wednesday on MSNBC. Fatale, in his cease-and-desist warning, said he owns the rights to Mini-KISS and Little KISS. Tiny KISS has a right to exist, Beacher said, just as other satirical cover bands do.

September 15, 200619 yr Well, if anyone here in the States has heard of a group called Saving Jane...they got their start in my hometown of Columbus. I saw them a few times, they're quite cool (and the lead singer, Marti... is gorgeous!). And here in Western Kentucky, there's a group called The Muckrakers, they are awesome, both musically and personally. I wish them the very best!
