I havent been watching this show, but i did catch him singing coldplay, and i agree he should have stayed clear from it. His entrance when he came on stage to me looked like he was trying to be like chris martin, and it didnt work out too well at all!!!

I'm amazed that show's still got legs in Aus..............................it didn't make it past the second series in the UK, as the standard was so crap!!;)

i like bobby's style as well. i think he and damien have wonderful voices that really stand out. damien because of his falcetto, and bobby because his voice is wow...i'd buy his album without a doubt.

haha yeah I was watching Aus idol too. did you guys see at the very start they were showing pics of rock starts. they showed chris like SIX times. and that made me think that someone was going to sing either clocks or yellow.....but I thought that damian was gonna sing it cos he can go high, but he ended up singing radiohead :)

 

also didn't mutto get in trouble last week for writting stuff on his hands or something.......

There was another contestant who sang Clocks on 'Rock n Roll' night. He likes jazz more than anything though so his version sounded more like the Rythms de Mundo one. He did ok... but none of the contestants ever do heaps well with Coldplay. Then again I'm hard to please in that area.
