Justin Timberlake has revealed he’d love to collaborate with Chris Martin — but the Coldplay star has turned him down.

 

The singer said: “I’d like to get Chris Martin in the studio but he won’t sing on anything but Coldplay stuff.” And Justin can’t help but be a little peeved about it. He joked on a T4 special: “I respect him and I hate him for that.”

 

While Chris will happily write and produce with other artists — including Jay Z, Nelly Furtado and Jamelia — he doesn’t like lending his vocals. Justin’s full chat is on C4 tonight from 8pm. His album FutureSex/ LoveSounds is at No1 — but will be knocked off on Sunday by the Scissor Sisters’ Ta-Dah.

Justin Timberlake doesn't care about anyone but himself. I recently saw him making fun of Coldplay in an interview on TV (he laughed off Chris' dancing skills), then he says he nerver enters a stage without listening to "Clocks" before that, and now this.. Justin doesn't even make music anymore, he says a few words that you can't even understand among all the electronical stuff.. Good though, never liked his voice! He's a good dancer, he would have made a good back up dancer for Britney :P

although i would still like to hear more collabrations from coldplay that would be awesome, but yes definately picking the right people
