Created lovingly with MS Paint, Presto Imagefolio (woah archaic) and Brush Strokes :lol:

 

Jazz it's very easy if you have quicktime. Just scroll with the arrow buttons to the frame you want, print screen and then crop the image. Lots of video players let you do this, but quicktime is the easiest.

 

Also, there is probably a much easier and cooler way of doing it, but I am the kind of person who likes to use MS Paint for everything :lol:
