But I'm so happy for everyone in Latin America though! They REALLY wanted a tour! And NEW COLDPLAY SONGS OMG.
December 2, 200619 yr my day was awesome because I woke up and I read the news at coldplay.com and I was so happy
December 2, 200619 yr Very good day, best of the week. Went out to a birthday dinner with my friends at a sushi buffet restaurant. So good but so filling. And once again, I've rekindled my love for green tea ice cream. But yeah it was a great night although it was insanely windy out.
December 2, 200619 yr Annie! :D Where HAVE you been!?! L.A.- ha I wish! But I'm so happy for everyone in Latin America though! They REALLY wanted a tour! And NEW COLDPLAY SONGS OMG. Yeah I'm happy for them too! :nice:
December 2, 200619 yr I'm happy for the Latinos as well :D Well, my day was great, but now I'm pretty tired out
December 2, 200619 yr i got a very good oppurtunity to prove my self at work where i am doing now. And feels nice... But some other sides not..its so terrible... so mixture of two things, joy and sorrow:rolleyes: !
December 2, 200619 yr Well uhm how was my day it's not over yet but i didn't do much. Played the piano a bit, drummed a little bit and msn :p Pretty relaxed :)
December 2, 200619 yr My days headed in a shitty direction, I just now remembered that Imogen Heap is playing in Michigan tonight, and I don't have tickets. :(
December 8, 200619 yr Wow today was AMAZING! :nice: At my school today, the ninth graders do what is called 'Ellis Island Day'. Everyone gets together in groups, or 'families', and the family has to be a certain ethnicity that came to Ellis Island. My family was Russian. Since my whole group consisted of girls, and our immigrant personas were young, single girls without a parent, we were told to be careful and try to stay away from boy groups, because we might have been hurt, or thought to be prostitutes. :laugh3: All day we had this simulation as if we were actual immigrants coming to America. Everyone was dressed up in old clothes and everything. We had visas, and our bags were checked and the works. We also had to take the same tests that real immigrants did, like the medical and literacy tests, but wasn't as gross. :P That was the only annoying part, because for the mental acuity test, it took a while, so there was a long line. People would cut in front of us. I ended up standing in line with 4 inch heel boots on for an hour. x____x People would be sent to quarantine if they didn't pass a medical exam, or if you were bribing an officer you'd be sent to detention. My friends and I purposely started bribing a bunch of officers money, so we could be sent to detention. It was actually a lot of fun. :P I ended up doing it twice. Hehe. At lunch, everyone in my family brought in food, so we could all eat the same thing as a family. I brought cupcakes. ^____^ The band was playing jazz, and there was a chorus singing. Pretty sweet. Oh! And we got to eat for an hour! :D Then we went to the auditorium to watch Irish dancers and a singing quartet. That was a lot of fun. Everyone was cheering, it was so amazing. Then we finally were taken under oath as American Citizens! We got our visas stamped and everything! Today was the most amazing day ever. Just so amazing.
December 9, 200619 yr Author Wow that sounds like so much fun! ^ I love when we do things like that in my school. I can't wait for homecoming week. Well, my history teacher gave us bad news. We will have a MIDTERM. Oh My God. And I can't seem to shake off the damn cold! And the NyQuil's starting to kick in and now I feel really drowsy. :dozey: Sleeeep.... AND IT'S FRIDAY! TGIF!
December 9, 200619 yr Fantastic! A whole bunch of my friends and I played billiards near the Eaton Centre and went ice skating at Nathan Philips Square...! We celebrated two birthdays and it was freezing cold but what the hell: for the fun
December 9, 200619 yr How much difference can a messageboard make? My day was awful...really. It started out with my finding out that my best friend has had a death in her family. I won't depress you with the details. She's the same person I went to the March 23rd Toronto concert with...we were in the front row, and she cried during Fix You because it's the song that's been getting her through her hard times this year. WHen I got home and found the show on here, I told her about it, and that I would give her a copy, and it cheered her up ALOT! She can't wait to see it and re-live those perfect moments again!! Both our day got alot better! Sorry to ramble, I just thought it was brilliant timing!!:D
December 9, 200619 yr Author My cold is going away, finally. No, I want to talk about Wednesday! I got the biggest slap in the face on Wednesday. We got progress reports. Each teacher prints out your grade and you get this huge stack of papers in homeroom. Well, my homeroom teacher gave me my stack and the first grade I see is a 76 (WTF!?!) in Chemistry. But I have 4 As and 2 Bs in everything else. :dozey: And then she handed me a slip from the library saying I had an overdue book. Not the best way to start your school day...lol...
December 9, 200619 yr I found out that I have a B- in math. :embarassed: I was in tears! I was so pissed off at myself for doing so horribly in math...
December 9, 200619 yr Author Math. :dozey: I'm actually doing good in that. But Chemistry. A 76!?! Whaaat???
December 10, 200619 yr Author Well, I always did bad in Chem. But I'm doing much better now! I got the teacher to help me. What happened in math??? Was it a bad test score or something??? Or do you not get something? There is the one girl in my math class who ALWAYS asks questions, and she has an A. Maybe that'll work. :dozey:
December 10, 200619 yr I do really good on quizzes, but when I get to tests I choke, and tests are a HUGE part of the grade. Hehe....that reminds me of this girl in my grade. She ALWAYS asks questions about EVERYTHING. It'll be the simplest thing in the world and she'll ask whatever she can. It's really annoying. :P
December 10, 200619 yr Math. :dozey: I'm actually doing good in that. But Chemistry. A 76!?! Whaaat??? Oooh... thats a C isn't it...:\
