Well....I used to listen to Switchfoot ; Blue ; Green Day ; Disturbed and Goo Goo Dolls but now i dislike them !

I used to be a huge Aerosmith fan, but now I skip what songs of theirs I have.

The least ashming bands were Blur which I still listen to sometimes but not as much as I used to... Also The Queen... Yeah I don't think I listen to them now.... But my dad made me a fan when I was about 8 haha... No Doubt :sick: ermm... and I can recall I was listening to RHCP :uhoh:

 

And there're some Russian bands which I won't name here :dead:

Queen - i was 7-8 years old and adored them...meh. though, "A Night At The Opera" is a classic!

im in a *no-coldplay* phase.

i once had a huge phase with HIM, 5 years ago. that was a massive obssesion.

I used to listen to a lot of Great Big Sea and Switchfoot. Not so much now.

The latest band I stopped listening to is Keane.. Simply couldn't stand their second album, it was boring and just a cheap copy from their 1st one, like Nik said.. In addition, I used to be a huge Franz Ferdinand fan but smashed them after their disappointing gig in Vienna last winter.. They just sucked live, so I stopped listening to them from one day to the other.

 

And I listened to lots of stuff by Supergrass, Blur and Stereophonics, but haven't really the past few months, which is a pity..

umm this is a bit embarressing to confess, lol.. but i used to listen to Busted, Mcfly..Simple Plan..etc but i was a lot younger, so!!.. :wink3:

but R.E.M. was my first breakthrough into great music! :nice:

I have to many to mention basically but anyway...

I was really into Rolling Stones when I was really fucking young, and Spice Girls. I loved Britney's first album when it came out and Eminem. Eminem is still pretty good, or his two first albums are but I don't listen to him at all these days...

 

I was in love with a band called Whyte Seeds a couple of years back but then they released their second album this year and it basically sucked. And I was really into Razorlight when they started out, loved the demos but nope. Didn't work out either.

At the moment I'm kinda falling out of love with Franz Ferdinand which is a bit sad...

I stopped listening to boybands years ago. Back then, they we're quite in.

I haven't listened to Franz for a long long time.

Well..i was a huge fan of Backstreet Boys and Spice Girls when i was younger. (Notice: I was 7 )

I also liked The Rasmus, HIM, T.a.t.u

um.. i'm so glad i don't listen to those bands anymore :uhoh:

 

But the real bands i used to listen to..hm..Snow Patrol maybe..i just haven't listened to them for a while..

 

I also went through a "i don't listen to coldplay" phase.. i guess it was because i just simply listened way too much to them and i got sick of it..but now i can enjoy their music again :nice:

i feel like that sometimes only because i had to listen to at least one coldplay song a day and now i can spend weeks without listening to them....but when i feel more depressed, like really low i can't resist to everyhthing's not lost for example....

i'm more in a rock phase now and before i would listen to music which was more slow....

 

now....when i was a child and didn't know what real music was i'd listen to backstreet boys, britney spears (i had her first album but then gave it because i couldn't even see it anymore!):embarassed:.....i have californication from rhcp and listened when it was new but then i just stopped and never heard it again and when i listen to them on the radio now i just change, i can't stand it.....

i'm sure i'm forgetting some bands but when/if i remember i'll post again! :P

 

 

edit: but i have an album from suzanne vega that my father gave me when i was 12 and i still listen to it! :stunned:

yeahh i havent listented to coldplay in a while.. i think i overdid it when i went all coldplay crazy. theyre still awesome, i just need a break lol

 

uhhh i used to listen to all those boybands,.. altho i dont' think i was ever like WOW THIS MUSIC IS AWESOME. lol.. so yeah i listened to nsync (in fact i own their albums and i look at them and laugh sometimes - i just lost so much indie cred) .. i never liked backstreetboys though.. weird. i used to listen to Whitney Houston haha, yo shes got a great voice.. Matchbox 20, i used to listen to a ridiculous amount of Linkin Park. Bush! i loved Bush. their lyrics make absolutely NO sense.

 

im sure ther are more bands that i dont listen to anymore.. taht im insanely embarrassed about.. but i can't remember them right now. :P "can't remember" ha!

I was a big spice girl fan :P And i liked blue and the rasmus a lot. I used to listen Oasis, the smashing pumpkins, keane, stereophonics, and ohh :embarassed:....Britney spears..but thats long ago :P
