February 3, 200719 yr German must be pretty hard! I never understood that weird letter that looks like a B sort of thing..
February 3, 200719 yr I tried to learn Spanish in highschool, but alas I can't remember any of it. I'm a firm believer that I could only learn a language if I had been taught before the age of 5. I think there's a term for that in child development.... anyways I am planning to have my little kiddies learning many languages at that age. I don't have any kids yet, but you know what I mean! And yes I hate commas. I overuse them. I think we should all just use telegram format for writing. Hello STOP How are you? STOP
February 3, 200719 yr anyways I am planning to have my little kiddies learning many languages at that age. I don't have any kids yet, but you know what I mean! Oh yes [ me too. It would be great to have a husband from some other country [ so the kids would learn at least two languages. And if my future husband's native language isn't english [ the kids would learn 3 languages. And if my husband is finnish [ i would put the kids to a english kindergarten.
February 3, 200719 yr What weird letter starting with B... I think she's talking about this: ß It's kinda like "s" isn't it..?
February 3, 200719 yr I think she's talking about this: ß It's kinda like "s" isn't it..? It's a double "s", although the Germans are now trying to kill it off.

March 19, 200719 yr Author HA! I am NOT the only one. Quoted from a textbook: (editor: Paul Lauter) She used dashes in the place of more traditional marks' date=' such as periods, commas, colons, and semicolons,[/b'] and some see it as significant that the dashes vary in length and that some slope upward, some downward. One supposition is that Dickinson may have used the dash to direct a reader to stress certain words and phrases. With the dash, Dickinson could avoid what she may have considered the spurious finality of the period. ^btw that is talking about Emily Dickinson
March 19, 200719 yr and I say we start spelling I like this >>> ey who wants to capitalize I every time anyway?? and you should be >> u u want to get some coffee with me& ey am really in need of caffeine Gee, correct puncuation and spelling. March 20, 200719 yr HA![/size][/b] I am NOT the only one. Quoted from a textbook: (editor: Paul Lauter) ^btw that is talking about Emily Dickinson  awe mister! many writers did/do that and they even space words and letters li ke this and l i ke this in poetry... i think William Carlos William did it. It was like, Post Modern era when all these hot shot writers started wanting to snazz things up.
