forgive my ignorance but what's a encore?

if theyre not doing them, maybe you're not yelling loud enough....wen i saw em live...and they went off.......so did the crowd....it was soooo loud....they started chanting "COLDPLAY! COLDPLAY!..etc"

 

Try starting that at a concert...i dunno.

yeah, what's encore?

an encore is when the show is finished and the band are about to leave the stage, or in some cases leave the stage, but the crowd keep cheering and clapping on and yelling for more that the band return to play more aka, an encore. some people actually yell "encore! encore!" which is basically saying they want more show.

sort of like an addition to the concert.

the encore in south america has been basically Swallowed in the sea, In my place and Fix you, but last night, Jonny and Chris came back again and sang Shiver!!!
