all right, so he was johnny on the spot yesterday morning with the radiohead tickets. he was right there early, and got us pit tickets, right in the front of the venue. so he's the man.

 

then i'm talking to him today, and he says, out of the blue "uh.. do you think they'll take away my second order of tickets? i ordered 4 then an extra 1." yes, apparently he decided he'd be a pal and get an extra ticket so his brother could come. with the same card.

 

of course both orders are now canceled because it says in giant letters when you buy tickets that you can't buy more than 4 and if you do with separate orders they reserve the right to cancel and refund them both.

 

and by now the only seats left are shitty lawn seats which we'll have to order all over again.

 

i'm seriously resisting the urge to go nuts on him. i think i've handled it well. *boils with murderous rage while not letting phil know*
