November 2, 200916 yr I saw them when they played the Toronto VFest. Hadn't heard anything by them before seeing them, didn't know who they were........but even then they were good. Really heavy stage presence. And Little Lover's So Polite is too damn catchy. haha

February 8, 201016 yr I'm liking Carnavas quite a lot lately swoon is a great album, but carnavas is better to me. Some of their best songs are on this record [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ok2wephX7cQ]YouTube- Silversun Pickups - Rusted Wheel (Live at Last Call with Carson Daly)[/ame] [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7wrOuvdyW-s]YouTube- Silversun Pickups - Three Seed - The Fillmore, SF[/ame] Carnavas is a fantastic record from the first to the last song, and the ep is fuckin good too.
February 8, 201016 yr Yea Pikul is brilliant, I love Kissing Families, Booksmart Devil, Comeback Kid and Creation Lake
February 10, 201016 yr Swoon sold 214,000 copies (i don't know if only in u.s. or worldwide),but its pretty impressive in these times with the illegal downloading.
February 10, 201016 yr Yeah me too. I just love the basslines. The one in Panic Switch is so catchy and cool to play. I really admire Nikki.
February 11, 201016 yr Well I wouldn't say this, yes he's awesome, but not the best I've heard, let's say.
February 11, 201016 yr http://www.usatoday.com/life/music/news/2010-02-08-silversun08_ST_N.htm Here's an article I just found on the website
February 28, 201016 yr I absolutely love the Silversun Pickups. Kickass band. Both Carnavas and Swoon are simply amazing CDs. Although there have been many bands before them with the shoegaze/fuzz style, they are the ones that introduced me to it. I'm so disappointed that I can't go see them with Muse for their North American tour. I'll be in school when they're near. And it sucks because SSPU and Muse are two of my favorite bands :(
