What Happens To Your Body If You Drink A Coke Right Now?

Featured Replies

Ahh.. I just drank less than half of a coke not 30 minutes ago. I guess in about 20 more minutes, I'll be going to the restroom.

I actually drink a lot of bottled water...... I don't drink too many cokes and I have been trying to stop drinking them for some time. I'm drinking a lot less than I used to. I actually do eat a lot of stuff that's sweet and I have the bad habit of adding salt to everything even if it already had salt on it on the first place.

My friend likes drinking Monster juice...that's really bad. He gets very energized but he starts shaking like crazy. He gets like someone who can't keep still. I've been telling him to stop drinking that s****t . He now switched to something else. I don't remember what it was called anymore but I looked to what it had. It didn't had any sugar or caffeine.. maybe it has that thing Gareth was talking about.

I am from New Zealand, and about 6 months ago someone from one of our political parties suggested that too many uneducated people were having children.

The solution?

Grinding down contraceptive pills and putting it in the drinking water.

The bill was shot down by pretty much everyone in parliament.

Where's that? :P

Shit!

Glad that one was thrown out!

Sick Eugenicists are all over the world, I guess.

Could you pass on any articles/info you can find on that to me?

(I'll look myself but you might know some other places to search)

Yeah um ill take a look now.

that is all i can find on short notice cos im kind of busy, ill take a deeper look later.

New Zealand is just southeast of Australia. Its the one that coldplay missed because some idiot demolished our old stadium to build a new one and then didn't have it ready in time. Coldplay thought that there was no point coming here.

It's not that people don't like those things - it's the fact that people DO like them that's the problem.

It should be:

If you drink coke.... You Die

If you drink tap water.... You Die

If you drink bottled water ...You die and so does the planet

If you live.... You Die

this thread is a bit paranoid...

:laugh3:

I'm not saying it's not serious but if people takes everything so seriously.. they won't even leave the house.. because even going out it's dangerous...

  • Author

Yes.

Taking things seriously doesn't mean you wouldn't leave the house, surely? But I know what you meant, I think.

Anyway, nobody here appears to be 'taking everything seriously'....as you put it - just the topic we were discussing, so I don't know where that came from.

Sorry, I'm being a bit serious now, I know...I'm not having a personal go at you...but - I just don't get it when people mention "paranoia" and say "if you took everything this seriously then you wouldn't be able to do anything" when that's completely beside the point, you know.

I bet everyone has heard someone say that phrase before - completely side stepping the issue - it's an odd phenomenon.

it's just that if you try to avoid every dangerous thing life would be really difficult.. I mean... I don't know anyone who eats only healty stuff... even the vegetables sometimes have dangerous things... and the organic/healty stuff is sometimes too expensive for the average family...

and well.. if you live in a big contaminated city even breathing is dangerous so ...

it's like this episode of rugrats when chucky didn't want to do anything because of the germs :wacky:

Yeah, that's true, and obvious.....but avoiding a drink/food because it has a pretty bad affect on your body isn't too hard now is it?......It's just sense, isn't it?

It's not everything.

But it is a reality that our food is far too toxic - and it shouldn't be.

Well, there needs to be an element of balance too. I still have a little bit of pop every once in a while because I still love it even if the colour, flavor and sugar give me a headache, and I would probably eat a lot more crap than I do if I didn't have so many allergies and chemical sensitivities. But there is a difference between once every 3 months, and 3 times a day (like my brother does).

If you really look closely, people have been eating a freakish amount of additives in recent years, and although there are supposed "acceptable levels", no one really seems to know what happens when all these different things interact. Obviously it's not leathal or anything, at least not in the short term, but it may come back to haunt us.

It should be:

If you drink coke.... You Die

If you drink tap water.... You Die

If you drink bottled water ...You die and so does the planet

If you live.... You Die

how pessimistic
