I had KFC for supper. It tasted good but now I feel like crap.

I had KFC on Friday, and my guts didn't go back to normal until Sunday,lol. But it won't stop me from making the same mistake again! A couple of times a year, I HAVE to have it.

 

ANything that oozes grease like that when you bite into can't be good!:laugh3:

Know that feeling... we had KFC for lunch when I helped my brother move... was nautious for the rest of the day. :sick:

 

I really wonder what makes it so bad sometimes... it is just chicken and oil after all...

But I've had really oily chicken from other places before... especially some of my own cooking misjudgements... it never affects me like KFC...

Come to think of it, my own stir-fries probably have more oil than KFC...ew...Maybe it's the 11 herbs and spices that get us.

Today was the first time in a couple years.

And I probaybl won't eat it for a long time now.........

They taste like your standard poultry spices to me...

 

Maybe it's the type of oil? Or maybe deep frying it does something to it? Or maybe they do use some sort of artificial flavor or preservative in the spices that some people react badly to? Or maybe just all of those put together.... :stunned:
