Not only is sushi one of my top five favorite foods' date=' its also extremely healthy for you, since its raw. Deepwater fish can be eaten raw, because they are unable to carry diseases. People are so frightened by sushi, as if its going to kill them, but its been a tradition for over a thousand years, McDonalds is 100x more likely to make you sick.
