February 16, 200818 yr Goodness, there are so many. I love the little part before the heavier section in talk, plus the heavier section. I also love the part in Speed of Sound that is behind "How long am I gonna stand" and then it is similar but higher behind "The sign that I couldn't read." I especially like the second higher part. I don't think I have ever heard any other riff anywhere that sounds as "CUTE," if you will. It simply melts my heart! How can a guitar riff DO that!?!?! Yes, all of Shiver. All the echo-y, wammy bar stuff on trouble just sounds beyond perfect for that song. The solo in X and Y, and the part behind "I dive in at the deep end." One I love. Yellow. I also get a kick out of watching him dancing with his guitar when he is playing live or in the Speed of Sound video. He is very dancy in that video. He just looks so happy there, and I love it when he enjoys himself. :D

But in fact he's playing 8 notes per measure, it's just hard to hear the lower notes since they blend in with the rest of the instruments, and Johnny plays them with less strength (more "piano") :). I'd like to add the intro part in Trouble aswell. I love how the guitar comes in and accompanies the piano. Oh yeah, how could I forget the brilliant chorus part in Twisted logic ...
